Personally I would not pay 1.5m for a 4000 sq feet house.. My idea house is
5000 sq on a 0.5 acre lot, or 1 acre so I can fit in a tennis court-:) |

Personally I love LA a lot, i lived in Arcadia and Walnut, have homes in

then, your yard is not small, and you need to consider not use battery
powered yard/lawn equipment.

Gas powered -- mower, snow remover
Electrical (corded) -- Trimmer, blower, chainsaw

虽然upper saddle river 和 saddle river 用一个zip code, 都没有downtown，没有
side walk，大多没有public water/sewage，但是还是区别挺大的。
saddle river: lot基本2个acre或更大，税很低，1%的样子，豪宅巨多，很多在街上看
不到。。。
upper saddle river： lot基本在1个acre左右，税比saddle river高，2%的样子，豪
宅不少，新房子也不少。但是也有1M以下的，多是六七十年代的房子。

去中城上班，不太推荐去Livingston。

后来97香港回归房价大涨，他稳住没卖。但后来房价又大跌了一下，他没稳住卖了个几

考虑下个雪季买哪儿的季票。道虽然短，也够你第一个雪季练习了。
stevens比起snoqualmie，雪质好，落差更大，水平进阶后经常来stevens滑滑挺不错的
。crystal雪道偏难一些，很多各种双黑，树林，mogul，等你水平更高了后才能更好的
enjoy。
crystal山下就有hotel，春天住在那儿滑雪还挺方便的，stevens最近的hotel离雪场都
有16mile。
价格上，单日雪票差不多，multi-day package stevens更便宜些, 160/4day。crystal
的go card是280/5day。季票大概crystal比stevens贵200 (649 vs 449)，不过crystal
春天关门晚很多，季票春天也可以滑到很晚，也还算划算。
数据上看，stevens 1800ft vertical gain + 1100 skiable acre VS crystal 2500ft

第一个section，主要是appraisal district的信息：
1）除了写着括号说office use only的那一项之外都要自己填吧？
2）啥是parcel number?上哪儿找？

1）我们夫妻二人买的，owner's name只写一个人就可以了吧？

前些日子，看到板上好多大侠讨论了石油和油价的问题。今天事情少，俺也随便说两句
自己的理解。
很多人讨论石油，都是从美国vs俄罗斯、沙特vs美国、传统油气产业vs页岩油气产业这
样的大视角来说。我本人见识狭小，这些大局的东西俺都看不懂，俺就从俺懂的石油公
司的角度随便说说。
之前网上一个常见的观点是，这一把油价雪崩，美国各大石油公司都会受伤惨重。我对
此比较保留。在美国财阀政治的大背景下，石油公司都有强大的政治力量，如果不取得
石油财团的谅解，油价能那么莫名其妙在没有任何big event的情况下，突然就从100+
的高位崩到60以下，并且做出长期走低的姿态？我认为，大石油公司在这场油价雪崩中
必然是有收益的，因此他们才愿意支持并维持低油价一段较长的时间。问题在于大石油
公司在这场油价雪崩中，到底会有什么样的收益。
