美国有得天独厚的农业条件，这个国家能够以2-3%的农业人口生产出足够本国消费而又
能大量出口的粮食。这点估计世界上能有与其相比的大国不多。不过，除了这个条件之
外，美国还是对其农业有相当大的投入，这点值得其它国家，尤其是中国好好学习的。
1) 联邦政府的直接给钱
常常听到美国指责其它国家补贴农业，搞不正当的竞争，其实他自身对农业的补贴只多
不少。这个国家虽然农业人口很少，但其影响力还是不小(这点以后谈到农民的组织上
还有讨论)。政府对农业重要性的认识也很关键，所以才能通过farm bill。在民间显然
没有中国那么多叫嚣什么不需要耕地和农业或者盖楼种地的NC。

我发现我大多时候都是用消音器，之前都没注意到。总是不自觉就把消音器装了。。
但是现在又觉得消音器又不是非常必要的。首先在assassin的帮助下，开火前，小地图
上是肯定看不见的，开火后也只能出现一笑短时间。而且，我在不用狙的情况下，很少
固守一个点。这样消音器就好像没什么用了。
消音器的主要作用，我认为，是提高生存能力。
我比较了一下我两把主力枪scar和acr。scar的kd是1.69，acr是1.97.消音器的kd是1.
77（4426/2499）。这么看来消音器对scar还是有明显帮助的，但是对acr是负面的。
这也和两把枪的iron sight不一样有关。我认为scar有着全mw3最好的iron sight，开
阔的视野，recoil还小，加上消音器后，就还可以消灭火光。但是反观acr，我讨厌近
端的那个大圆圈，遮住了很到一块视野。所以一个red dot对acr很重要，如果用消音器
的话，就影响很大了。
拿掉消音器的话，还可以增加火力 |

（community）里,但里附近的两个小区很近(走路几分钟)，也没有HOA,邻居都是1-4
acre 的私地建的房子。
周围都是各个住宅小区， 中间有几十个acre是1-N acre 独立的。
请问，这种独立的房子好不好？ |

#2： 0.50 acre, 在圈里，地是梯形，坐北朝南，主窝，客厅都在背面，少光，会不会
比较暗
#3： 0.41 acre, 在圈里，地是梯形；北角能看到小区外住家超大后院，但不吵。
#4： 0.51 acre, agent推荐，因为地大0.1 acre而且方。
地形是：圈周围最高，发散式很缓的坡，所以#3是整体往后斜一点， #4院子整体左右
斜的。
房子正面：车库侧开门，大门和living room在正面（外面有porch能这点光)。
二楼一个卧室一个rec room。
这周就要定了，你们说哪个好？给点理由撒。 |

发帖数: 459 | 47 楼上新人要去赫氏古堡，大家都说不值。其实看景也要听故事，老汉多年来最感慨的加州
名胜就是这两家，且听我八一八,回馈三番。
老赫在三番淘足金子，跑到南边买了X万acre不毛之地(忘了X是几还是十几了,当年
三番不少哥们都是买这么大,但各家后代命运不同),又从NY娶了个小媳妇（老赫四十
WSN，媳妇才十八九名门闺秀，相当某天张朝阳弄个女主播），生了个大胖小子。媳妇
整天带儿子满世界旅游，最后给培养成一个古玩美女鉴赏家&好来屋及出版界大亨。。。
儿子通过资本运作兼并了不少同行（当年老子估计也没少枪崩同行才可能独吞那么多金子，
将门虎子啊），在X万acre上修了个大house收藏古玩美女，又生了子子孙孙无穷尽也，
占据了加州各部门要职。房子好像建在20年代，儿子好像活到50年代，后来出版业房地
产业都不景气，大房子维护成本高有卖不动，孙子们从政又不住，一合计捐给政府了。
这里有几个要点：1）只捐了house带yard共Y acre,其余（X万-Y）acre仍是赫家的；
2）只捐了空house，古玩家具（除几张破桌子破床搬不动）都搬空了；3）加州政府负责
每年multi million刀的维护翻 |

洛杉矶地区没有最好的私立高中，只有最合适的私立高中。四所最严格私立高中是
Flintridge Prep, Pasadena Poly, Webb 和 Harvard-Westlake. 有些人可能会说最严
格的就是最好的，但对于大部分学生来说这种说法不对。对于大部分学生来说这种严格
的学校压力过大，每晚五小时的家庭作业 (脑子好使的), 加上周末，从九年级开始就
用大学程度课本。再加上2到3小时的体育训练或者演奏练习，加上社团，公共服务，和
课外活动。在申请大学的时候，大学不会因为你上一所非常难的私立学校，而对你网开
一面，反而在这里更难拿到好成绩。
最好从你所居住的周围开始咨询，因为你不会想要每天开很远的路程。就算是比较不那
么难的学校每晚也有3到4小时的家庭作业。有些学校有非常强的运动计划或者艺术计划
，所以选什么学校完全看你需要什么。不要太看中升学率，因为那主要取决与学生而不
是学校。
很多洛杉矶的天主教学校也收一部分非天主教的学生。天主教学校的费用通常只有私立

就是我在bookmaker.eu有户头，我只要在ACR开一个sport 户头，就可以从bookmaker.
eu转钱到ACR，这个transfer是instant and free。取钱时也可以转回去。
bovada的牌手可以去问问bovada有没有这种功能。据我所知，很多sport book之间都可
以免费转钱。如果你在5dimes或bookmaker.eu开个户头，然后再转钱进出bovada，用
5dimes或bookmaker.eu的debit card取款，就会方便很多。
在ACR有户头的，也可以问和bovada能不能互相转钱。 |
