我个人看法是认罪是比较差的结果. 美帝的法律有speedy trial这一条. 当然检方还是
可以用各种手段拖延, 但是持续关押且被打伤这一点可以用来推动法律进程. 如果检方
不能在一定时间内开庭, 被告方可以ask for summary judgment for direct
acquittal. |
