看到这几天版上哭哭笑笑，几家欢乐几家愁，楼主仿佛又重温了前不久刚刚经历过的过
山车般跌宕起伏的心情。我想在这里多说几句，希望能在这寒冷的冬日，节前等待成绩
的焦虑中给大家带来温暖和鼓励。
我认为如下几关是CPA考试准备中要经过的：
1）怀疑犹豫关
每个人都有自己的软肋，当你终于下定决心，经过了补学分，拿考试资格等等前奏，终
于坐在书桌前的时候，是不是这些软肋还在bother你？常见的有：
A.我全职上班，时间精力都不够啊。
我虽不上班，但以我以前十几年的上班经验，可以建议大家，你全职上班，这就意味着
你要比全职备考的人更快的在工作和备考两种状态之间切换，越快越好。要有意识地训
练自己，要打破你惯有的pattern.通常上班的人很容易自觉不自觉地随着上下班的节奏
生活，赶上班，忙活儿，和大家一样偷闲，午餐，经过令人疲惫的traffic time回家.

consider to take the qualification test in order to use the title
"Accountant"--that's not easy, especially in Europe and North America.

就感多了，不过想着那些acounts还是很depressed。
谢谢告诉我时间够了，呵呵，原来以为一个星期20个钟头很容易，weekday 2hr，
weekend 5hr正好，没想到，总是有这样那样的事情，一个星期也就保证10-15个钟头了
不起了，看来还得disciplined一些才行。 |

年份或标准不同，我会回去找找看有没有更可靠的数据来源再分析

至于你说的FINANCE出路比ACCOUNTING好多了，也难申请多了，这一点我持保留意见吧
，这个东西真的有点见仁见智
我是finance 的PHD，目前上网看到的意见和我周围的人的感觉是两者差不多，所以才
经常拿出来比较
我们department的人也许是站着这山看那山高，因为我们学校acounting AP的收入比
finance的确实高，而且accounting毕业的人找工作也比较容易，需求高，基本上找到
faculty工作的finance毕业生都是去了至少有MSF的学校。但是这个比较就跟在市场上
是在四大工作的好还是在投行工作的好一样，不同的方向有不同的见解。而这个争论最
后的结论往往是，由于两者的工资分布并不是正态分布，一个左偏一个右偏所以各有各
的好。
我发这个帖子的重点并不是争论谁好谁不好，只是想说，accounting phd的竞争很激烈
，加

doesn't have a kid, please don't give misleading information.
The account is called DCA (dependent care acount, not FSA, or Flexible
Spending Account), DCA money can only be used for child care, FSA can be
used for other things, for example, medical expenses.
DCA money is use-or-lose it, the deadline to file claim is usually 4/1, to
file claim, you need valid receipt from a care giver with their tax id.

THEROPHY 或者 PHYSICAL THEROPHY ASSISTANT，或者验光师optometrist甚至还考虑了
读M.S.的ACOUNTING。但是不知道选哪个？困惑中！
我不想让她做些比较脏累的活。感觉验光师OPTOMETRY的工作很DECENT。请给些建议啊！
还有个问题是有了中国的大专护士学位，可以在美国直接读以上的这些专业的硕士么？

都不能port 成功，于是手贱想改成一样的以后可能是个办法吧。可能不改而是直接用
freedompop.com里面的原始Pin，可能可以。
