发帖数: 291 | 1 俺家小正太猫Aco最近也经常趴在地上伸着脖子做呕吐咳嗽状，现在是每天都这样一两
次，每次10 - 20秒（持续时间挺长）。常常是正在猫树或者床边玩着就跳到地上，伸
着脖子开始咳。
俺实在分不清到底是呕吐还是咳嗽，因为每次他都没吐出任何东西。小号和平时一样，
大号稍微有所减少。前两天食量有点减少，我赶紧喂他猫草，这两天胃口又好了。
他不打喷嚏。很活跃。也没有流眼泪。鼻头有时是微湿，有时是干的。
已经约了星期二去Vet那边给他检查。到时会给大家汇报结果！ |

vet签一下。她就去找了一个很稀里糊涂的vet，没说猫咪不舒服，就说常规检查，然后
就过了。waiting period是14天。

穷，ACA pricing, Medicare Advantage part C and D bidding, medicaid bidding,
不光自己定价，还要准确估测市场和对手定价不然有可能contract都拿不到，从这点来
说，risk比life, P&C都大。整个医疗系统日新月异，联邦，地方政府，医院，保险公
司，所有都在changing mode。 Life 和P&C的change 相比小多了。ACO 等等各式各样
的initiatives, 多如牛毛， pay for value 又在改变传统的payment 方式，这些
complexity， life， P&C通通没有。光看采用的数学模型的复杂与否来觉得是否
specialize, 未免太狭隘。
