之前我的case status一直是case was accpeted，然后就变成了今天的case was
approved。11月3号打完指纹后，也没有收到指纹收集成功的消息或者邮件。
大家有没有遇到类似的情况啊？因为之前申请都非常不顺，前后花了快1年半时间，
就连J1 waiver 都用了8个月。一下子幸福来得太快，都有点蒙了。老天保佑，不要空
喜一场。
也祝福各位在申请绿卡的朋友都能顺利通过。

刚刚从律师得到确认，的确通过了，悬着的心终于放下来了！本来我的case是tsc处理
的，但是被转移到了nsc，都做好了打持久战的准备，完全没有准备会以光速通过，后
面希望能尽快拿到绿卡，博后合同明年到期了，急需绿卡找新工作。

编辑最后的意见是文章需要修改,三个审稿人有一个提了一些非常初级的质疑 (明显是
不太懂这个领域的人提的意见),一个非常positive,基本不需要改,有一个比较positive
,但是说我的discussion写的不清楚,提了很多文字上的修改意见.我的文章还有被拒的

accpet ECEI only have to find another one to replace ECEI. I belive CPEES
will be the best choice for most of states. Actually, some state had already
replaced ECEI with CPEES even before ECEI stopped taking application.
