发帖数: 433 | 1 Accounting PhD 跟master 或者商业界的工作经验基本是两码事情。我还没见过哪个
accounitng PHD program 要求申请者accounting 的学位，最多录取以后要求你补上
accounting 的硕士level 的课。 要是对做研究没有真正的兴趣（即使你的目标不是做
faculty），数学和经济学基础不强，就别去suffer了。越是好的学校，越要看你的数
学统计等课的level 和成绩。PhD program 头两年的coursework 基本就是经济学，数
学和统计, plus seminar. 你要是真的对做研究有兴趣，理科背景强的话，就是申请
top 的program 也行。

积极性。反正这行也在裁人，四大的心里都有数。加上这行这么辛苦，工资又低.
With the adoption of IFRS in the coming years, the outsourcing of accounting
and auditing becomes more realistic. There will be more competition in the
public accounting field, especially when so many students choose the
accounitng and auditing. Personally, I think the healthcare and education
may be hot spots in the future. |

I'm looking for a job in accounting firm in Atlanta now. If anyone know any

I graduated from GA college with master of accountancy four years ago. I
worked for a small accounitng firm for about one and half year. Then I went
to work in private section for more than two years. Right now I'm working
for two companies as an accountant. I already passed all CPA exams. I only

Accounitng and Intermediate Accounting here. I found it helpful to go
through them.
Get a reputable one from Amazon, and you can get one edition older than the
most current one, which will be much cheaper. |
