我的I-140 是01/04/2913批的，快一个月还没有收到 Approval notice (寄丢了），等
的着急，就按照本版上的经验filed I-485，同时联系USCIS要Duplicate approval
notice，并将地址修改为我的家庭住址。刚巧两份材料同时到USCIS NSC。I-140状态回
到Acceptance是修改地址后的更新，和i-485没关系。我现在GC已经拿到，I-140状态仍
是Acceptance。 |

发帖数: 58 | 18 EB1B, 公司找的美国律师给办的。 据说8月底就已经交到NSC. 最近着急，接近9月底
的时候，跟律师说要PP.
律师说已经收到USCIS PP 的确认，USCIS 网站上也显示9月30日有更新。 可是到今天
（10.2），状态还是acceptance, 没有出现 PP 的字样，跟网上大家贴的不一样。
请教大家，大概USCIS收到PP请求后多久，才会出现PP clock started 的状态。

不全，支票也不会cash，也没有RD，直接把材料打回给你。
有了RD，就会有case number。用case number在网上查，这时应该是acceptance，也可
能是initial review。有不少人是从acceptance跳到decision. |

reject或accept吗？我以前没有审稿经验，原以为对于大部分manuscript，reviewer都
会建议revise，然后根据修改后的情况第二次审时才决定reject或accept，但是我看好
多人列出来的审稿情况，都是比如像7稿10次，或17稿20次，等等，那也就是说大部分
的manuscript，第一次审了之后就直接给最终结果了。我现在审的文章，有些内容非常
空洞， 但是我还是想给个机会，让他们重新提供支持数据，但是感觉这样的话给我自
己也增加了不少工作量，相当于几乎每篇manuscript都要审两次。
请有经验的前辈们给些指导意见，谢谢！ |

的，还在和LD说说不定我们快到了，今天早上就收到信了。
