abstract factory所返回的factory，在实现上对于某一种具体的类别的可以是
singleton，比如在goodbug的例子里，如果客户要求Windows 3.1下的look & feel，
那这个被返回的factory就可以总是同一个对象。但是这个singleton的实现对客户不应该
是直接可见的。 |

最近我们这里又要开一个local的会议（相同科研领域），老板说可以用同一个
Abstract，再投到这个local的会议。我问老板这样做有没有问题，老板说，Nation－
wide的会议摘要可以拿到Local的用，是允许的。
但是我还是觉得有些奇怪。

meeting，选择Yes I agree，但是我的abstract 提交之后老板又发来修改意见，同时
ACS的邮件确认里也讲了Submit之后再次修改的方法，于是我就点那个铅笔图标回去修
改，然后再次submit，不知道会不会有问题？
那个之提交一次的要求是针对一稿多投的还是说不能反复在ACS的系统上反复使用
submit功能？反正折腾了两次后Document ID没有变。

题目和具体title。PI名字也可以，但是需要是整个project的PI，也就是公司的人，而

用fastlane提供的模版(4600 characters, no special symbols)提交纯文本格式的文
件，不允许按照supplemental materials提交比如带黑体斜体下划线的PDF文件。这样
一来转成PDF后abstract非常难看。
请问这种要求是NSF规定的，还是我校理解的太死板？
