I know one start up company in east cost, once said will go to IPO, then was
sold, CEO got undisclosed amount of money and left. A Ph.D. level emplyee,
three years there, got around 20000 shares but 1 share is only abount $0.50
, so ~$10K is all the benifit, nothing else.
