Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应
不过来，导致来不及做完。非常没有信心能否通过。所以match之前先考Step3的童鞋，

MCQ没有资格说，CCS有一点小感受，拿出来分享下。大家请轻拍砖。
复习资料：
UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

很相信，恳请版上热心的朋友帮忙看看这个确定的概率有多大，感激不尽。另外如果有
好的南加地区的 ONCOLOGIEST 也恳请推荐。
大致情况是去年初生了老二之后，在月子里有一天吃了朋友送的酒酿之后当日小腹疼，
拉稀，之后断断续续一直这样时好时坏。因为哺乳所以没吃药。后来家里给寄了一些叫
“思密达”的粉状药说可以缓解症状吃了很多。到去年入秋突然有一晚胃疼的直不起腰
，去看了primary physician，作了血检，什么也没查出来，而且到了那就不那么疼了
，给refer了GI specialist,也没说什么就说要注意饮食。今年3月初又一次疼痛难忍，
去了PRIMARY ，给吃了药没好，又打了一止疼针才慢慢好点，再次约了GI SPECIALIST
，给约了肠镜和胃镜。五月初作的时候发现肠内有息肉，切除了送去作病例。早上妻子
接到电话说晚上大夫会给我们打电话，并且叮嘱我也一定在场，我就觉得不好。刚才好
容易把老大哄睡了，这会自己乱七八糟的GOOGLE 半天，感觉好像基本靠谱，但是不太

患者44岁，男，6年前因为肝癌做了肝移植 （符合米兰标准），之后无灾无病好几年。
去年2016年初发现轻微贫血，血色素12，因为当时在服小剂量阿司匹林，于是停服，看
看有没好转。托托拉拉到了年底，还是贫血，血色素10.5。医生说做个内镜。于是在胃
内发现一个肿瘤，内镜医生直觉是GIST。随后CT，但CT却没有异常。4月初第二次胃镜
，GIST依然还在，取样活检表明可能肝癌转移或者是非常罕见的HAC。第二次CT 报告大
小46x35mm，说比较第一次32mm变大了。可能第一次看片医生那天喝多了？肿瘤位置在
Fundus，非常接近GOJ。
AFP好久没有查了，因为肝上的情况一直很好，肝移植前AFP 100多，移植后AFP一直小
于2。上一次至少是2，3年前。也是疏忽了。现在AFP 254. 显然胃上这个要么是转移，
要么是HAC。
下周二医生还要安排一次PETCT，周三见外科医生，估计排除转移外就安排切除了。 求
这里的专家教授指点，这个情况如何是好？下面我贴上最近几个报告。

. The result is not atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, first, second,
third degree etc. Then I was noticed by doctor I had heart disease based on
EKG. The doctor only said I have abnormal EKG,his diagnose said I have heart
disease. Except EKG, I didn't take any other test in regarding to heart.So
far, I have no any abnormal feeling. There is not any heart disease history

treadmill test. Plus, it is safer for patient since patient will have
baseline EKG and echo done first. Patient can not start the exercise test if
the baseline echo or EKG shows some new abnormalities. Patient may need

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有

abnormal? He developed such a strong feeling over a broken friendship and
committed the crime. He was indeed a CHEM major and the classmates of the
victims. His motivation obviously is not strong enough for a normal person
to take some radical actions.

应当不是“肌酸激酶”。而是骨骼肌（属横纹肌）损伤后，大量的“肌球蛋白”(

发帖数: 70028 | 45 华裔女学生蓝可儿（Elisa Lam）失踪前在塞西尔饭店（Cecil Hotel）被拍下诡异疑似附身的身影后便音讯全无，失踪近一个月后被发现陈尸于塞西尔酒店水塔，诡异的是蓝可儿被发现时居然头上脚下插入水塔，而消防队在进入水塔管制区时，竟然要使用破坏剪才能进入。
洛杉矶警方表示，今天清晨有房客抱怨酒店水压过低，因此派工人赴顶楼检查饭店4个水塔时，在其中的一座水塔内发现一具女尸，尸身4肢异常扭曲。
警方稍后正式宣布，水塔女尸正是失踪多日的蓝可儿，诡异的是她所陈尸水塔高度为250公分，以她的身高不可能自己进去，而且此水塔为管制区，平常人无法进入，警消进入水塔区时更以破坏剪才能进入现场，而为何蓝可儿会在陈尸水塔20天后才被发现？各种疑点皆有待一一釐清。
这间着名的塞西尔饭店过去就曾发生多起命案，其中包括1947年震惊全美的女演员萧特（Elizabeth Short）被超惨忍凌虐致死，尸首甚至遭拦腰斩断的「黑色大理花」命案，1964年「鸽女士」奥兹古德(Goldie Osgood)也在此一酒店内遭到姦杀，两者凶手至今仍逍遥法外。

在失踪多日后，最不幸的悲痛事情终于发生了。洛杉矶警方19日晚证实，失踪近20天的加拿大华裔女大学生蓝可儿(Elisa Lam)已证实死亡，19日上午被发陈尸于她失踪前下榻一家旅馆顶楼的水塔中。
洛杉矶市警方稍早以尚未联络家属为由拒绝确定死者身分，但证实「遗体为女性、年龄20岁左右」，与失踪长达19天的蓝可儿正吻合。到深夜，市警局发言人黛安娜．费桂罗拉(Diana Figueroa)表示证实死者为蓝可儿。
住在加拿大温哥华的蓝可儿就读卑诗省大学，1月26日抵达洛杉矶，1月31日最后一次在饭店现身后失踪。蓝可儿本预计在2月1日中午结帐，酒店发现并蓝可儿并没有现身，酒店人员先将蓝可儿留下的行李收拾清房。父母多日未接到女儿消息后与酒店联络，才发现蓝可儿失踪，并举行记者会请求协助寻女。
