“来中国，一切都会好。”这是来自非洲埃塞俄比亚的留学生费卡杜（Fikadu Abebe）
见到多维记者时说的第一句话。2018年中非合作论坛将于北京时间9月3日至4日举行。
问及对中非合作有何期待，费卡杜（Fikadu Abebe）对多维表示，希望自己的祖国能够
获得更多来自北京的帮助。
对于到中国留学，今年已经35岁，在埃塞首都亚的斯亚贝巴有美丽妻子的费卡杜（
Fikadu Abebe）表示，这是他人生中做出的最成功的决定，也是最幸运的事情。他对多
维记者说，在埃塞俄比亚，即使是在首都亚的斯亚贝巴，做着令人羡慕的银行工作的妻
子，月收入也只有约70美元。而他本人来到中国读书，不仅不用为学费等费用操心，中
国官方每月还发给他8000多元人民币（1元人民币约合0.15美元）生活费，扣除必要的
生活开销，他每月还能省下6000多元人民币（1元人民币约合0.15美元）。这也就意味
着来中国留学，费卡杜（Fikadu Abebe）每月可以净赚大约900美元，这已经是在埃塞

女的比男的是要跑的慢些，不过，8.0mph以上跑马拉松全程的女子也不少啊。
看看这些顶级男子长跑选手，多数还是170或以下。不过目前10K最快的是

the Olympics, actually he won the olympic marathon twice consecutively.
He won the 1960 Olympic marathon barefoot in record time 2:15:16. In 2010,
the new Vibram Five Finger model was named after him.
Five weeks before 1964 Olympic marathon, he had an appendicitis surgery.
Shortly thereafter, he started jogging in the hospital courtyard at night.
He finished the marathon in a new record |

hard training and overtraining. To avoid overtraining is the most difficult
part of distance running. Very often one gets injured when he feels that he
is at his strongest, not the weakest. Everybody gets injured. Haile
Gebrselassie and Sammy Wanjiru injured their knees. Bekele is injured and
