（1）某甲Jan2000在德国申请了X，Oct2000 abandon了，在abandon之前又于Aug2000在
法国申请了X+Y
（2）某甲Jan2000在德国申请了X，Apr2000 abandon了，在abandon之后又于Aug2000在
法国申请了X+Y
问题：如果某甲要在USPTO申请X+Y，最迟什么时候申请
答案给出（1）的解释说因为abandon在法国申请之前，所以（1）的最迟日期是Jan2001
那如果facts pattern是（2）的话，是不是应该就是Aug2001了阿？

我和老婆的485都在美国递交了。我老婆没有等打指纹就回国了，AP也没有等到，但是
她的H4还在有效期内。我是前几天到local office办了加急AP打完指纹回国的。现在我
们都在国内，我是穿越发帖。我老婆也可以用有效的H4身份会美国，只要我没有绿（按
照现在这个速度，估计到10月份都是不会绿的）。但是因为她家里面的事，她不想急着
回美国，所以才有了上面第一个问题。
昨天我美国的朋友告诉我，我和老婆的正常AP都寄到了。当然我是不需要了，不知道她
的AP还有效吗？这样是最理想的了，我几天后回回美国就把她的AP快递回来。大家讨论
看看。

但是走之前没拿到AP的话，131申请自动abandon。想用AP回来是回不来的
这种情况只能等H1b check clear之后用H1b入境了

raged through a Kolkata hospital has risen to 88.
Authorities have accused hospital staff of abandoning patients as the smoke
and flames raced through the AMRI Hospital in the eastern Indian city early
