但是H1b petition永远不会因为COS被abandon被拒。COS被abandon了也可以等H1b
petition批了之后走CP去签证。有些人就是H1b petition pending的时候离开，结果要
等H1b petition批了之后去签证。所以H1b petition一直pending或被批或以其他原因
被拒都不说明COS不是之前已经被abandon了。 |

发帖数: 1 | 24 十分感谢大家的持续关注！这几天咨询的几位律师都认为她14年6月（H1B petition期
间）的那次离境导致COS被Abandon是肯定的了。另外COS abandon不会导致H1B
petition abandon，因为如果最后获批，也可以回国办签证回来。
现在问题很关键的是太太在2015年6月拿着H4进入美国后，在10月递交485时，身份是否
是admissible.
因为如果是admissible，可能律师建议回复RFE的角度就会很强，argue说虽然前面有个
gap，但在批绿卡这一步上，太太完全符合所有法律条文要求，按法律来讲没有理由不
给绿卡。
但如果是inadmissible， position完全就没有这么强了，可能很麻烦。。。也许回复
RFE时就是陈列事实，补上H1B申请相关文件，play dumb。

发帖数: 5114 | 45 最近翻出阿西莫夫作品全集来重看，真挺有意思的，不仅囊括了他最早期那些名不见经
传的短篇，还有自己写的“创作感想”。看到TRENDS那一篇，居然发现他在1938年（当
时他还在读大学）成功预测成两件事：1）1940年第二次世界大战，2）1970年，人类登
月。
两件事都只差1年而已！
我一直觉得那个SF黄金时期的创作高峰,后来者很难翻越……
