不知道是不是准确。
根据印度人的网站，我查了一下， 从去年10月到现在，EB1 485总共才批量大约300个左右。总量不降低 反升。
我会根据大家的意见来修改，大家可以畅所欲言，把需要改的东西都发上来，我会综合成搞，给大家

该说的我对obamaasia已经说完了，现在他终于承认自己也是一个医生了，我想他
基本的科学素养还是有的，孰是孰非，自己绝对是可以判断的了。当然，嘴上承不
承认是另外一回事了，hoho
顺着你的话和你聊几句吧:-)不得不承认，法考题的生物学背景和医学素养确实值
得称道，某些临床医生都会犯的错误也被你看出来了，呵呵
其实无论从生物学还是医学角度来说，严格判断一个人是否是携带者或者是既往感
染已恢复，都不是也不该是一个简单的指标，尤其从临床的角度来说，很多时候情
况相对复杂，不像动物模型那么整齐划一。下面摘抄一段我们这里Diagnostics的
guideline：

发帖数: 9308 | 24 juzbox是上述帖子中最靠谱的，lz听这位的没错。至少在治疗乙肝这个问题上，别扯中
西医结合/纯中医。既然去过这个302，想必知道那个卖鳖精的中西医刘士敬，潜心研究
二三十年，因为能掩耳盗铃般地降转氨酶，然后让大家别信HBV DNA这个乙肝病毒浓度
测试。
规范的抗病毒治疗，就2类，打针干扰素和吃核苷类药物。前者对LZ母亲不宜用，不细
说了。核苷类里面，推荐恩替卡韦，除非家里经济非常拮据，不推荐拉米夫定和阿德。
其实，现在国内恩替卡韦价钱比几年前便宜的太多。还有新药替诺福韦，但根据你妈现
在的病情，可以不予考虑。
这里不适合讨论乙肝的治疗，你要想深入了解。中文，googley一下《慢性乙型肝炎防

组织的模拟面试。
这是一场精心准备的会议和面试，从参加会议之前就感受到了。非常多要记录的，分成

5月29号收到邮件，邀请我参加模拟面试。接下来4封邮件，把所有可能的问题都一一给
了答案。工作细致到要把三位辅导老师和同学提前配好对，简历和PS提前交给辅导老师
们。这是多大的工作量和筹划。还有，三位辅导老师中有一位是Native English
speaker to evaluate Your language skill!
前奏，已经让人万分期待盛宴。
因为会议是6月5号一早开始，于是我提前一天飞到DC，到多年不见的好友家享受了他们
新入住的四层豪宅，外加向国际大厨随时点菜的待遇，重温了好友私家厨房真正的东北
乱炖，新疆羊肉串，北方水饺，香薰蹄膀。。。幸福呀！生活真美好呀！和好友一家惬
意幸福的再聚，成为接下来各种经历的更美好的开始。

虑到relocation忒远，想想还是算了。有个哥们在他们家做medical scientist，据说
公司文化非常赞。希望能尽快在国内开分号吧，可以考虑跳回去，呵呵 |
