时血糖， 可是我的OB没让我做三小时血糖， 而是做了个A1C TEST. A1C结果做出
来是５.２， 他说没问题， 不是糖尿病。
我想问一下有没有类似经历的准妈妈？ 有人知道A1C 和三小时血糖测试哪个准吗
？ 貌似A1C比三小时血糖做起来容易多了， 但为什么大部分OB都建议三小时血糖
， 而非A1C呢？ |

当时我一个小时156
三个小时得一小时， 两小时都超过得很多
然后去看糖尿病医生测了a1c， 是5.4,也是正常得。。
但是后来血糖fasting还是控制不住， 吃药
然后一个月以后再测a1c， 还是5.4左右...
我觉得是ob们各自得重视程度不一样， 比如我得ob就用130不是140做一个小时得

Not sure exactly what unit is used for A1C, but probably it is mmol/dL. Then
convert to mg/dL, it should be 97.2 mg/dL.
I am pretty sure the glucometer uses mg/dL.

Your LG needs to see a doctor if he has not been diagonsed for diabetes.
This is at least a pre-diabetic condition if not diabetic already, unless

但是喝糖水，测试的是你的降糖能力，这个你控制不了。
如果想诊断糖尿病，不控制饮食下的A1C和喝糖水都可以。

takes by mouth, or injectable insulin? and i never understood the numbers(
like, 7, 8, 9, 10) from chinese patients as far as their glucose control, is
it hemoglobin a1c they are talking about? if it is, ideally you want to
keep your a1c as close to 6 as possible, maybe under 6.5, the record a1c i'
ve seen was 24,

risk of stroke is relatively small, as you'd think the arterial blood will
flow forward(toward legs/toes) and any manipulations will be difficult to
cause a stroke,
as far as diabetes controls, then it's very likely the number they are
looking at is hgb a1c, if her a1c is close to 10, |

发帖数: 877 | 50 I doubt that one drug could reduce your dad's Hgb A1C to less than 7%, which
is usually the index for under control.
You dad may try it with diet and exercise to see if it works, repeat A1C
after three months. If still high, needs another medications.
Usually, if your dad is overweight and no kidney problems, metformin would
be another first choice.
Remember, diet and exercise go first, then medications!!!
Compliance with diet and exercise with medications is the key. |
