E**********[email protected]), 专门做relink用: email
subject “I-485 multiple I-140s”, and provide A-numbers.

当然我搜的这下面的是从eb2到eb1的，应该也适用于eb2->3.

a0,a1,... = 0, or 1
So, .45 can't be stored exactly in binary format. Some numbers can be stored
exactly in binary:
0.5 = (1)x(1/2)
0.25 = (1)x(1/4)
0.125 = (1)x(1/8)
