Just watched a 9ppl sng FTP good player, and complain he has a 15k downing
swing during 12 days, and 30k downswing in 1.5 months. But he is still a
very good sng player on FTP, total profit from sng is over 150k.(it is a lot, since sng's roi usually around 10%-15%, must play 1million$ for 9ppl sng already in 2 years)

in order to win those crazy FPP, he played a ton of 5k buyin 9ppl sng, and
is a fish there(although he is a shark on 500$ level 9ppl sng player. )
He has a record there on PS by the craziest lose session. I do not know,
maybe 100K+ or 200k.

my exmaple was 1800points, 9ppl SNG, the winner gets $81 (real money).
everyone (including winner) loses 1800 points worth in rakeback.
you're talking about 1800points, 9ppl SNG, the winner gets 1800*9=
16200points, right? the initial 1800points will hurt your rakeback for sure,
just like my case.
as for the 16200points you won? i don't know what'd happen if you use them (
for another tournament or buying stuff), but my guess would be you'll STILL

entering final over 1million chips, 3rd chip leader.
And the first hand on FT, dealing me with 99. Utg+1 raise 3bb, I am utg+2 fold

If only 9ppl get paid, you really need gamble it up on final 2 table, and
gain chip advantage on the final table.
However, if 500ppl get paid, really no need gamble it up on the bubble,
since it is a long way to go.

no, you can use FTP points to play, for examples, some SNGs, like 1800
points, 9ppl SNG, top three will get a $26 token.
FTP points can be used to buy book, electronics etc. in the full tilt store
(again, if you don't care about rakeback), like 120K points can buy an LCD
TV, you can sell it on ebay to get $, haha.

for tournaments, whether you win or lose, FTP already buys in "for" you when
you use points. for example, when you use 1800 points (=$9) to play a 9ppl
SNG, the prize pool is $81, where do you think this $81 comes from? |
