次，睡下不久总需要人安抚，但不需要吃，就是要抱，之后才睡的安稳。现在娃娃一岁
了我听儿医的劝，train她自己睡，当然也是co sleep的，娃娃在我身上蹭来蹭去大概
30min睡着，能一觉睡7-9h了，日子好过很多。
其实，这个事情是妈妈做决定比较好，妈妈觉得自己能handle，那就随她。像我，就是
受不了，腰疼的厉害。
睡的好不好就影响发育，也是想当然的吧，有些宝宝就是睡的少？ |

扑克玩家的成长
这是我对扑克玩家的成长一点心得，不一定都是对的，总是有特例的，但我想对大
多数人来说是差不多的。
级别1：
刚刚学会打牌的规则，没有任何技巧的概念，打牌基本是乱玩。
级别2：
看了一点资料，可能看了一本书，知道了pot odds, position, 知道了打牌要tight
aggressive, 不过其实并不懂为什么， 也不知道怎么样打才叫tight aggressive, 打
牌的技巧基本只知道preflop, flop, 如果问问题的话，一般只记得自己有什么牌，
flop上有什么牌，对每个人的动作只记得是bet/check/raise, 不在意下注的大小，
大家的位置，stack 大小，等等。这时候记得的牌多半是AA/KK 这种牌。
级别3：

Actually I will choose 3S for a good parter.
How ever, that maybe confused.
So, as I said, I will BET 3NT. just a choice.
It is not a good contract. Just a good deal.
Of cause the contract may not be cold.
You are not afraid of 4S, but DO afraid of some H.
After that ops will know how much their "garbage" worth.
See, ops have at least 8 usually 9H (since your p didn't *
1S).
And a 6-1 or 6-2 S. afraid. |

大家都是limp,flop 9h,Th,Ts, 我first react, check了， pot 120k,
下面两家也check，第三家raise 300k,第四家short stack，没想就跟了（all-in），
其他都fold了，我当时想了很久，第三家比较tight，他手上1.2米，可他连银行存款的
总数只有1.6米，300k对他来说是大数目，如果没有大牌，不会这样搞。而且他是桌上
第二大的stack，不愿意跟大stack打没把握的仗。第四家比较loose，估计是flush
draw,而且总共只有300k，可以afford跟他搞。虽然比较担心第三家，不过也不舍得放
弃我的3张T，所以跟了，看看再说。turn上是3s,这下我心理有数了，flush draw的威
胁终于解除了。我还是check，第三家又raise了 450K，他已经大半身家进去了，我当
时的感觉，他肯定不是9，A，一定比这个大，自然就想到他是T,A。想了当时只有T9的
情况比我大，所以直接push他all in了，
他想都没想，直接跟了，结果他是9 |
