其实也是招募一些网络设计投稿并从中抽成的主。如果您公司实力不错，看一下当地的
设计公司，比较几家，这样您可以interveiw 设计师，看到设计过程并要求设计过程的
presentaiton。网上很多垃圾，好一点的也都是给您一个"eye candy", not much
meaning imbedded. 当然，也有好的吧，得碰吧。 |

Designers (especially UI) are in high demand right now. To get into this
path, you really don't need any certificate. What you need is to showcase
your past work (get your own blog, or put on dribbble.com/). The way to
accumulate these work is to do work for startups. You might also try
99designs.com, where you compete with other designers for work. If you love
