的（原先只有小学是9分，最近涨分数之后初中也是9分了），等娃上高中再换呗；不过
LZ夫妇收入这么高是可以考虑Millbrae/burlingame的TH啦，再远就徒增commute压力了
，个人觉得不是很必要。 |

07年建的condo，顶层2b2b，状况良好。之前都是自己住，但是房主近来长期在外出差
，利用率很低，想将客卧和客卫出租。客卧已经是furnished，带有一张Full Size的床
，一个电视柜和一个书柜，如果您更倾向用自己得家具也可以，房主可以把这些收去
storage
公用部分配备完整，厨房厨具齐全，厅里有大的投影仪，音响和PS3，房主大概70%的时
间都不在本地，所以基本都是房客自用的，只是希望爱护电器家具，保持干净整洁就好
交通方便，进城早晚280一般没有严重traffic，15-20分钟。很适合在城内start-up工
作的。去南湾也比较块，如果工作时间flexible，可以9点后出门避开traffic南下走
280，绝大部分时间也很顺 (屋主近期commute去Cupertino一般就在35-45分钟)
价格: 一个人入住$1400/month，如果是couple入住$1600/month，水电网络全包在内，
