Hudson River Park's Blues BBQ 哈德逊河公园蓝调烤肉节 ★★★★★
每年8月，哈德逊河公园都有一个重头戏，就是蓝调烤肉节，是纽约夏日的一大乐
事。这场蓝调音乐会通常都找来了全美最佳的蓝调音乐表演者，现场还有纽约本地最赞
BBQ烤肉餐厅卖的烤肉大餐，让哈德逊河公园码头一时之间充满了美国南方的情调，很
有感觉。不过，今年需要额外注意的是，活动地点换到了97号码头哦。

Bowery Graffiti Wall 巴厘街新涂鸦墙 ★★★★★
位于纽约下城的巴厘街(Bowery Street) 和豪斯顿街(Houston Street) 的交口有一
面著名的涂鸦墙，长久以来有很多人在上面创作。2008年在开发商基金会的支持下，这
个墙面正式成为长久存在的涂鸦墙。每隔一阵子，就会换上一面著名涂鸦艺术家的最新
创作，成为纽约最佳的户外艺术展地之一。今年夏天，以照相写实模版绘图技法闻名于
纽约的艺术创作界的Logan Hicks在涂鸦墙上完成了叫作《我的人生故事》的作品。创
作前，Hicks 真的请一些朋友站在这两条街的交汇口，他用相机分别把他们拍下来，然
后再把这些图像汇聚在墙上的画中。任何一个经过包厘涂鸦墙的人，都非常自然的成为
画的一部分。快去拍照吧。

看上这套房子主要感觉交通便利，上班近，但价格挺高的，已经是我们预算上限了。中
西部大农村人民穷啊，比不上弯曲码工。
不过好像草地面积太大了，是不是割草都要割一整天？俺加州的同学好像房子都很大而
且明亮宽敞，但是更好的是地不大而且也没怎么种草所以不用割草。俺这边怎么没有那
样的房子？
还有，那么大一个池塘，下大雨会不会把地下室都淹了？
最后那个8 acre啥意思啊，是不是8亩地？

周六 1：30pm 老师：love 黑女，短发…….她的课设计的运动量可以，而且此女屁股
长得很带劲，跳zumba很能把屁股给扭圆了，还挺带劲的
周六 2：45pm 老师：mama日本女……推荐这个课是因为跟上一堂课连着的，觉得一节
课不够的，在再点运动量……
至于她的舞蹈水平，应该说她本身在broadway dance center上课积极向上，可是遗憾
的是此女天生四肢僵硬，腰部僵硬，性感动作一个都做不出来。 但是她设计的舞蹈动
作都是扭腰摆臀的，你可以放开了扭

要说这是什么舞?其实就是原本的zumba+reggae几个扭动，你说没啥难度的，人家就能

逛大都会艺术博物馆，然后走在慢哈炖的街道上，去nbc看电视拍摄，在洛克菲勒
广场溜冰，时代广场看车流，地铁一直可以坐到郊外，迷失在布鲁克林，希望不被
坏人给打劫啥的，探险吧。
其实最想去的还是体育场，我是长年的棒球米，一直喜欢杨可，历史悠久，和波士顿
的红袜子是死对头，每年都大打出手，甚为可观。
然后就是听纽约的音乐了，比如jay z，来自纽约贫民，和底特律的小子阿米耐米
一起呼应，忽悠了歌迷不少银子，还四处走穴演出，肯定逃税不少。
慢哈炖的中央公园历史悠久，很多电视电影都这里拍的，很多故事都在这里发生，
曾经夜里发生过案件，现在希望是很安全的。公园旁边就是一个英里的博物馆街，
你可以逛好几个，其乐无穷也。
