finish了地下室(800-1000sqft)和deck,换上了tankless hot water系统,还做了其
他装修。
昨晚跟我的代理说下个offer吧,结果他电话卖方代理,人家说有个strong offer在手
。我说出$840K吧。结果卖方代理说,as a professional courtesy, don't waste
your time。还说不接受escalation cause的offer。太拽了,满眼都是泪。。。。。结
果我现在居然要加价抢房。
真是没天理了,这个地方的房子不都是降价才能卖出去嘛,为啥我还要加价,还是在淡
季的最最冷淡的时候。。。。。。。。 |
