If you can find a reason for the price drop. :)
1) Interest rate jump so high so people cannot afford? However many people
have tons of cash in hand, strong offer needs to have at least 20% -30% down
. Jumbo loan rate is pretty stable and pretty affordable. ( I just got 2.375
% for a jumbo loan)
2) Down turn of economy? If many people lose jobs, however some owners won'
t even sell when they lost jobs. They just move to whereever they can find a

Then you can just wait for next forclosure. Just cross your fingers. You can
jut pay the increasing rent.
But even at that time, do you think you can get the house at so call good
low price? I bet bidding wars always going on.

上半年涨得太快,希望下半年有所调整。掉下来不容易,前几星期有几个南湾的房子,我
的buyer 表示有兴趣,seller agent追着要offer,说不能match asking pirce也可以考
虑。不过今天早上iphone一个message给我,拿到一个高出3.5%的offer了。意思是我们
不用出了。

价格高了,出offer的人数相对少了,打酱油的连酱油都打不起了
但是要降也很难,seller也不是省油的灯。seller agent往往只是多拿几个offer好
counter,信他们的话还不如信母猪会上树

ruskin比majestic高了60多分,按道理Majestic应该要有点折让的。但是现在Majestic
的价钱完全是跟着ruskin走。这个可能跟炒股一样,是在买预期。也不排除有些买家孩
子比较大了,不在乎小学。
这房子位置很靠山了,车不多。可是毕竟是大路。这个价钱真是疯了。我要是有这钱,
不如再加个10几万买山上的豪宅了。

不过在路边还能卖这么贵,有点不理解。那条路还是有些车的

我觉得你只是buyer remorse. 只要你觉得对高速可以接受就可以了。跟高速还隔了一
个block, 我有见过直接就住高速边的也觉得很好。只是resale肯定会受些影响了。但
我觉得只会卖的慢一点,不见得就卖的便宜很多。
看到有人提Fremont, 这个价钱在Fremont是肯定买不到学区这么好地还这么大的。
这个Brookvale的房子,地只有你的一半大, 要825k, 两天就抢走了。

虽然对San Ramon不了解。但是如果你们都在东湾上班,在整个湾区看这个价钱算是不
错了。
装修这个慢慢来,并不一定要一下子都装好。我觉得一下子装好反而以后容易发现并不
理想。房子住一段时间之后更知道哪些是最需要改进的地方。
