在1993年8月黑龙江省伊春县政协出版的<伊春文史资料>第8辑,有原东北行政委员会直
属元兴商店稽查员王锡富的口述回忆,元兴商店的主要商品就是烟土.
王锡富对烟土十分熟悉,他写道:"在东北只有紫花大青筋,白花大青筋,小白花三种.紫,
白花大青筋原产南欧,茎高2米多,烟桃(果实)中,出烟率高,一个烟桃多则可割25~28刀.
小白花茎高1米上下,烟桃小,出烟率低.凡私种大烟者均播用小白花品种,他的优点是开
刀早,可在秋后播种,第二年农历五月节可以割烟.私种者一般割2~3刀即毁掉逃走,以防
官方查禁或飞机发现.公种小白花割8~10刀".
王锡富原来在东北政委会辽东办事处工作,1947年5月他被分配到元兴商店,这个商店规
模大,有总店与分店,业务机密,王锡富调入时并不知道工作内容.一直到报到后才被告知:
" 到总店报到后才知道这个商店不是作买卖,而是经营大烟的,凡调去的同志都不愿干,
争着调出.经店领导开会动员,再三说明生产大烟对支持解放战争的重大作用,大家的认

一提到北美独立战争，多数人脑子里的第一反应是“华盛顿”、“莱克星敦的枪声
”、“约克敦大捷”等字眼，我们今天要说的，正是这场被称为北美独立战争后一战的
“约克敦大捷”。
这场战役有什么好说的呢？不就是华盛顿率领士气高昂的大陆军横扫落叶一般击败
英吗？是的，不过这种说法是在美国媒体控制了世界舆论以后的正式说法。
而真正的历史，需要我们从非主流的僻角落，从那一个个枯燥的数据和记录中自己
分析得出。
(1)康华利所签的投降书
首先让我们来看看英国人在约克敦签署的投降文件很长，英国方面签署文件是英军
中将康华利伯爵和英国皇家海军约克河小舰队司令西蒙兹。美法“联军”方面则有三个
人，一个是没有爵位的，所谓“美法联军总司令”的华盛顿，另外两个则是法国皇家军
队的陆军中将罗尚博伯爵和海军中将格拉塞伯爵。
奇怪吗？一项美国独立战争中最有决定意义的一场大决战的投降协定的签约人中，
代表胜利一方签署文件的竟然只有一个“美国”人，法国人却有两个。更令人吃惊的是

【编译/观察者网 马雪】谁才是亚洲商业中心？随着“独角兽”争夺战愈演愈烈，为了
笼络优秀企业，新加坡又拿香港和内地关系说事，主动挑起争端。
继新交所执行总裁周士达月初将港交所标签为“半离岸”市场后，27日，新加坡经济发
展局（EDB）主席马宣仁再次“开撕”，称“香港越来越‘中国中心化’，或许不太适
合企业在此协调管理亚洲地区业务。”
新加坡又挑事:香港过度中国中心化 将被我们取代彭博社报道截图
据彭博社报道，马宣仁受访时宣称，自1997年以来，香港更专注于服务于内地的强大经
济，反而助新加坡一臂之力，使其成为亚太商业枢纽。
马宣仁解释称：“内地对香港经济的重要性正不成比例地增加，如果一家企业，考虑到
协调管理亚洲各地的经营活动，那么我认为，由于香港越来越‘中国中心化’（China-
centric） ，这方面可能不太适合。”
