奥巴马推出的针对少年来美的暂缓遣返案例。
这些突然多出来的I-821D+I765，移民局如果没有增加人手，是不是会delay正常案例的

DACA的全称是 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals； DAPA 的全称是Deferred
Action for Parental Accountability。欧巴马在2012年6月签发了这两个法案，大
概的意思是16岁之前来美得非法移民，并在美国居住5年以上(2007年6月之前到美国)的
小孩及父母可以获得暂停遣返的身份，并且全家都能拿EAD卡。这两个act还有个好听的
名字，叫Dream Act
2. DACA和DAPA的 EAD 有效期两年到期可以续。
相信大家都明白有EAD的重要性，如果一直可以续下去的话，这个身份甚至比H1B还要好
。因为没有quota不用抽签，换工作也不用转H1B,也没有6年的时限。
3. Dream act的申请者有多少 -- 至少占USCIS一半资源
大家可以查一下USCIS系统里有多少I-821D。I-821D和相邻号码的I-765都是这类申请者
，至少占了一半的UCSIC tracking#，估计也花掉了USCIS的很多资源。大家可以查查早

美国移民法规近数十年来的最大变革将于15日起生效。即日起，幼时来美、在美国居住
五年以上的15至31岁，但没有合法身分的在学、高中毕业及光荣退役人士，15日起可向
美国公民及移民服务局(USCIS)申请暂缓驱逐(Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals)两年。
这项申请并无时间限制，两年后可申请延长。但暂缓驱逐并非身分合法化，申请人
不得离境出国、也不能成为美国公民，只是可以走出惧怕被遣返的阴影，在美国境内工
作报税。大约有170万青年非法移民可因此受惠。
这项新规自欧巴马总统突然宣布后，移民局紧锣密鼓在两月后推出实施细则。全美
各地移民社区已经开始普设谘询讲座，辅导青年非法移民填写申请表格。

10/6号 start date，错过了之后打电话去加急，当天发了follow up 邮件，附了offer
letter, 说明已经错过start date, 急需卡
10/9 收到毫无用处的email回复，说在申你expedite request
10/10 收到status update, alien # changed，然后直到现在状态还是岿然不动
NSC 本来这个夏天效率稳定在70天左右，然后从9/15左右开始疯狂批821D+765，其它类
型的765很少批，现在觉得90天都不一定能下来，这帮孙子。。。 |

那么， 才可能是EB1。
还有查到821d 时， 然后加10个号往下查。

12日为止这类申请的统计数据。该数据显示，在将近一个月的时间里，移民局共收到82
,361件申请，并完成了一共80,073件申请的审理。其中已批准的申请为77,268件，有2,
805件申请被拒绝。批准率高达96%。排名前五位的递交申请最多的州分别是加州，德州
，纽约州，佛州，新泽西，及伊利诺伊。申请者人数最多的国家前五位依次是墨西哥（
46,391），莎尔瓦多（3,950），南朝鲜(2,837)，洪都拉斯(2,265)及危地马拉（2,210
）。排名靠前的亚洲国家还包括菲律宾第十（1,192），印度第十一（1,080）, 北朝

发帖数: 12190 | 35 一直以来我都以mycasetracker的数据作为参考，当然其中的数据也让我困惑
NSC I-131和I-765的中位处理时间分别是96天和72天
而TSC两者处理时间相同，均为79天
最近LD的AP/EAD在NSCpending超过85天了，就顺手查了一下她之后500个收据
发现其中超过一半的case是I-821(TPS)或I-821D(DACA)及附带的I-765申请，这其中I-
821占多数
这些case大部分都已经批准。尽管DACA的正常批准时间是6个月，但是看到不少2个多月
的DACA已经批准，而TPS没看到NSC处理时间里有这一项，只在CSC/VSC的处理时间里看
到大约是3个月，可能不少case被转到了NSC，而我查的500个case中的TPS基本都已经批
准。
找了同期另一个TSC的收据号搜索附近500个case，就完全没有看到TPS和DACA的case
在想是不是这些I-821(D)的case批准比较快，批得时候顺便就把附带的I-765也批了
而这些申请是不附带I-131申请的，会不会是这个原因造成NSC的I-765比I-131中位时间
短很多呢
