莱斯银行国际财富部主任尼古拉斯·史密斯说，更多英国富人认为发展机会和更好的生

同中国相比，美国被两个战略问题拖累。一个是打不开的死结，另一个是极难打开的，
接近死结的半死结。
第一个问题是人口素质水平的降低而且看不到任何解决方案和可能性。这是个打不开的
死结。而这个问题因为在全球化背景下中国（包括印度）崛起所造成的世界各国劳动力
更加直接竞争而更加恶化。
人口素质下降的趋势是因为人口比例当中的黑人（今天的政治正确说法是非洲裔---然
而北非洲的“非洲裔”是阿拉伯人---是“白”色人种）和拉丁裔的人口比例明显不可
逆转地稳步上升。
黑人和拉丁裔严格说并不是两个各自单一的“民族”，比方说拉丁裔来自于中南美洲二
十个大小不一的国家，语言有西班牙、葡萄牙、法、英和各种当地土著语系（某些“拉
丁裔”的定义排除非西班牙葡萄牙语系的中南美人）。比方说拉丁裔里面也有黑肤色人
种，而黑肤色人中里祖先也不是都来自非洲，南太平洋岛国和澳洲新西兰以及南美土著
也有黑肤色人种。不过作为族裔划分，黑人群族和拉丁裔群族各自还是有许多群族内的

rates, I wrote Canadian Recession Coming Up.
Following the rate cut, the yield curve in Canada inverted out to three
years. Inversion means near-term interest rates are higher than long-term
rates.
I saw no other person mention the inversion at the time. An inverted yield
curve generally portends recession.

险公司也查不到claim电话号码，打电话给自己保险公司说会帮忙问对方。自己想尽快查
到，也给report上的警察留言了，不知道倒是查的查不到？
在NJ, insurance company code is 791。
还有没有别的方法能查到？NJ DMV也没有这个公司的代码...
