收入：工资，讲师约2万/年，副教授约2.5万/年；岗位津贴，讲师1万/年左右，副教授
约2万/年左右；信息学院对于青年人另有一笔钱，2万/年，一共给三年，其中学院给1
万/年，系给1万/年，这是以前因信息口教员待遇过低，学院自己推出的土政策。大致
收入讲师5万/年副教授6.5万/年。此外还有系里的奖金、科研提成等等等等，这个就因
人而异了。
学生：国家补助266元/月，助研500元/月（其中学校出一半，导师出一半）。养一个学
生花250×12 = 3000元/年。导师愿意多给当然没问题。766元/月在合肥可以天天下馆
子，衣食无忧，住宿什么的都免费。如果你每月多给学生250块，月入过千的学生生活
已经可以非常舒服地安心科研了。
房子：USTC Garden地处二环以内离学校不远的黄金地段，专门留出一部分房子用于引

事情好像比较复杂
今年6月回国，回来时，AA oversold，所以多呆了一天，给了两张$600的voucher (ld
and I).
ld想一月回家，所以11 AA电话订票 766 ＋10（订票费）。用到voucher (需要邮寄给
AA），然后交了 $176.
结果最近ld又不想回去了，因为机票是not refundable的，所以不能退钱，但可以订新
的机票。转票费$200.
昨天订了4月的国内机票$500 including tax, lld，太贵了。转票不需要订票费。然后
找回66 voucher, 用这66和我那600也买了相同的机票，最后找回156的voucher回来。
就是这样，好像比较复杂。 |
