看上去是针对我的罚款定的价
感觉真是好冤，5点半起床去JFK接室友，感觉自己没比任何车快，也就70多，那辆停在
草坪上的车我老远就看到了，感觉他是正从坡上下来，下来碰上谁就是谁。我前后都有
距离，是他唯一能下来的机会。我减速到50，我眼看着我右边那条道的车，就是警车前
面那辆车飞速的跑掉，警车试图加速了一下，然后放弃了，正好到我右边，喇叭喊我。
。。
一个脾气特别不好的带胡子的老头，根本不给我任何说话机会。告诉我这不是NJ这是纽
约， （我NJ驾照）不可以超过50。然后就跑掉了。我回到车流中，稳稳当当的80跟着
车流，不敢掉队了。。
我以前有个左转挡了警车的路被扣了3分，这次6分，好像是300+75x3的额外罚款。罚单
本身可能是390好像，因为是work zone。
哎，离机场只有8mi，这是打车的10多倍啊。
我没好意思告诉室友，觉得这也不关人家事，只能自认倒霉 |

发帖数: 629 | 33 我是每天练习扶板打腿200码，有时候会是400码。一般都是其他练习结束，临走以前。
我以前可以游蛙泳，最远记过1200码，好像还能游，但是没耐心继续了。一个多月以前
开始正经练习自由泳，起点很低，25码就喘，50码必须歇口气。然后接受建议练习打腿
。我还在网上找到一个什么多少周实现连续1750码的训练计划，1750码是1个mile。可
是我达不到那个计划的起点线，就执行那个计划之前的0-700码的训练表。开始勉强才
达到起点。那个训练表要求每次至少100码，中间休息20秒，100x3, 75x3, 50x3,25x3
。距离变更之间休息2分钟。我100码中间不可能休息20秒，我休息至少1分钟，但是总
量可以稍多一些。一周多以后可以完成训练表的任务，仍然是休息间歇长，但是总运动
量大。逐渐跟上训练进度了，而且还比计划的进度快。一个礼拜多以前，第一次游了
250码不休息，很累。不过接下去几天，每次都可以连续游250码了，而且有时歇两分钟
，可以2组，完成之后我还是100码一组的练。每天差不多1000码自由泳总和，200码打
腿，300码蛙。几天以前，试着游的远一些。上周日游了400码，昨天 |

with 260+75x3=500 in the pot, every one is getting at least 1:3 to call. the
tourney player's pop is kind of probing from the size (from $35 to $75).
the worst is if he indeed has a hand, and calls too, then both passive and
LAG get even better odds.
for LAGs AND on tilt, i don't believe they're "disciplined" to lay down here
for $185 more after investing $75. they can easily talk themselves into it
with this 1:3+.
