很多土下去。不过还好，房子没裂缝。

Due to soil expansion and slab foundation (instead of more expensive pier based foundation), most houses in north Texas area either have some foundation problem (various degrees) or will have one in the future. This is common knowledge among the locals. For some areas like Irving, since the soil movement is so huge, most houses have to use pier based foundation.

I heard that Plano West high school is very good, which seems to be in area code 75093. Some houses in 75024 goes to Jasper High School, is it as good as Plano West High?
Coppell is good as well? I choose Plano as it has more Chinese. My daughter
is one year old and I hope to find some Chinese playdates for her in Plano.

House price is affordable. Houses in 79093 are kind of a little bit higher
price. Also there are some government housing apartment in 75093 area.
Therefore some elementary schools are not so good, but some are very good.
The best middle school is Rice Middle school. Then they will feed to Jasper
High School and West Plano High School.
Jasper High School is very competitive. Since it will involve high school

agent带我看了2个，房子质量外观还行，就是floor plan不行，显得局促
agent直接跟我说，现在plano没好房，是淡季，大家都不卖....叫我去allen
老婆不想去allen，喜欢扎堆
我今天自己开车，看了8个open house...any house doesn't sell has a STORY..

然后是可选择Jasper Junior/West Plano Senior High 或 Clark High School/Plano
Senior High. 而Rice Middle School直接上Jasper Junior/West Plano Senior High
. 可它们都在Plano Senior High Feeder Schools区域内. 这是怎么回事? 谢.

也就是说plano senior high将接收更多东边来的区的孩子
一般中国人都是认为jasper/West Plano Senior high更好一些.
保险起见应该选择Rice->Jasper->west plano senior high这条线

Plano ISD is one of the best school districts in DFW area. Many people like
to buy houses in 75025 or 75024.House price is affordable in these two zip
codes. Houses in 75093 are kind of a little bit higher
price.

发帖数: 1542 | 44 对的， 小学满眼都是老中老印， 白人是点缀。而且大多白人都是欧洲，加拿大来的新
移民。
从大孩子的父母得来的信息，以后想上JASPER， 最好从RICE进去，从别的初中进，可能就跟不上了， 因为RICE 学生数学什么的都快２个年纪，一上JASPER， 就可以上学分为５分的AP。GPA， 排名就领先了。
要上RICE， 小学就要上SKAGGS， ANDREW，和WYATT。
SKAGGS中国人多； ANDREW印度人相对多，WYATT白人多。
WHYTTE其实是个很好的选择， 有些中国人不是很喜欢， 可能因为离高压线相对近一些。（不过个人觉得够有一段距离了。） |

逼得出来啊！即使有米住preston以西的plano富人区将来孩子也是要和rice的学生一起
混west senior high啊，如果有米richardson的pearce高中区域也是个不错的选择，当
然更有米上highland park就perfect啦！ |

都被西南的中国孩子占据，一说成绩，住plano的说比plano前十名的成绩都不如。身为
德州第一公立学区，地理位置极佳，环境极佳，竞争前几名的压力还小，有米人的不二
选择啊！ |
