开价725k,原owner 2005年1.05m买的,现在rent出去还有人住在里面,不过看上去维
护的都还不错,各方面都很满意。agent建议我们出价705k。
刚看了一下,zillow上estimate 690k。而且就在昨天,zillow update了附近有3个
forclosure的房子。

我们看过一个open house,后来seller agent说,最高offer735k,我们出725k就给我们.
后来发现还真卖高于735k了.

Sunnyvale新开盘的37 degree north,我记得小半年前预售的时候有个plan
是725k,开盘就变成了785k,没两个月再开盘居然又涨,805k了。
这小区这么大,估计开盘要持续一年以上,这得涨到多少啊。。。
最不理解的是,紧挨着lawrence和101出口,非常吵,烂学区,而且不是SFH,
只是townhouse。就这样的条件都抢成这样。。。

Lot 5, 3000尺, 当时才725k呀,当时Lot 5是不release的,还是找builder说好话,
好歹是release了,MLS是后来加的~ 现在居然涨成这个样子~ 那个巷子里面,来客人多
了,停车成问题~不过Kirkland已经那么拥挤了,新房子怎样都是拥挤,不可能路宽宽
的~
