的报道。日前中国媒体又有新的报道，引述统计报告说过去23年中，已经有930万中国
人移民海外。
据法国国际广播电台网站5月20日报道，中国越来越多的人移民海外。最近的统计
显示，从1990年至2013年的23年内，中国移民人数累计930多万人。由此中国排名全球
成为第四大移民输出国。
而美国是中国移民首选地，截至2013年9月，共有220多万中国人移居美国。
“中国与全球化智库”(CCG)及社会科学文献出版社发布的《国际人才蓝皮书：中
国国际移民报告(2014、2015)》显示，截至2013年，中国海外移民存量已达933.4万人
，23年里增加了128.6%。中国从1990年的世界第七大移民输出国，上升为第四大移民输
出国。
其中，生活在美国的中国移民数量最多，截至2013年7月，达到224.7万人。美国不
仅中国移民存量最多，如今也是中国移民的首选目的国，2013年有71798中国大陆移民
获得永久居留权签证。不过，近几年来，中国人获得美国永久居留权的人数呈小幅递减
趋势。

也就是说7万人里面只有1万人是真正的职业移民
难民和职业移民一样多，这种制度也挺荒唐的 |
