dual agent实际上是最不能保障buyer 权益的做法
listing agent的目的是以最高价格卖出房子 这样她才能充分保证卖家的利益（她首先
是代表卖家的 ） 其次他也代表他自己 （她自己当然也希望最高价格卖出去），最后
她才代表买家。。
呵呵
如果他一个人独揽6percent的 commission不返给你至少高于你自己的agent同意给你的
rebte 的话 。。。i don't see why simply use your own agent as you seem to
like that person. |
