集微网消息（文/Oliver），近日，云塔科技正式推出了其自主研发的5G NR n77频带（
3.3-4.2GHz）、n78频带（3.3-3.8GHz）、n79频带（4.4-5.0GHz）三款滤波器芯片，并
将于11月21日在北京举行的“2019世界5G大会”上正式发布。这是国内厂商首颗正式发
布的进入5G具有代表性的Sub-6GHz频段的滤波器芯片。
国内首颗5G NR Sub-6GHz n77滤波器
以滤波器为代表的射频前端芯片是中国的一项典型的“卡脖子”技术，市场供给基本依
赖于美国和日本的数家巨头公司。据Yole Developpement预测，到2023年，全球射频前
端芯片需求量将达到每年350亿美元，其中滤波器占到65%的比例，超过每年220亿美元。
据了解，基于声表面波（SAW）和声体波（FBAR/BAW）技术的滤波器带宽一般在200MHz

decent deal on the E220s with a new-gen Sandy Bridge ULV Core i5.
This seems to be a good deal if you want a ULV chip in a small form factor.
The only downside I have seen is that the battery life is not great, maybe
3.5 - 4.5 hrs in real life due to the relatively small Li-polymer battery (
43 Whr).
Otherwise, pretty good.

华为是一个很能宣传（白乎）的公司，多次自夸5G技术全球领先。2018年12月25日，华
为董事长梁华宣称：华为5G技术成熟度，至少领先行业其它公司12～18个月。华为官网
自称“华为在5G解决方案领域保持绝对领先的优势”。以前任老总是个很低调的人，现
在在生死存亡关头，也扮起了娱乐明星的角色，频频出镜，对媒体说：“5G应用以后你
就知道，将来美国可能是落后国家。”

高通指出，只有支持Sub-6GHz和毫米波双频段的5G基带才是真5G。众所周知，在最新的
华为麒麟990 5G芯片当中，其基带并不支持毫米波频段，因此高通此举算是在暗讽华为
了。
看到这，想必大家都会产生疑问：5G 毫米波频段究竟是什么？它存在与否是不是显得
特别重要？
在新一代5G通信技术当中，总共包含两大频谱范围，即Sub-6GHz和毫米波频段，其中
mmWave毫米波更是5G技术的核心灵魂。与Sub-6 GHz低频频段不同，毫米波属于高频电
磁波，因此拥有波长短、可靠性高、方向性好等特点，为5G高速率、低能耗、多连接提
供了重要保证。
打个比方，通信基站和手机终端像是两个公交车站，流量传输则是载人的公交车，那电
磁波就像是连接两个车站之间的高速公路。要想提高流量传输效率，我们一是可以增加
公交车上每一次的载客数量，二是尽可能多地增加公路车道，从而增加同时通行的公交

本次测试使用了Intel 5G移动试验平台，以及华为支持2.6GHz频段、160MHz大带宽的5G

相关消息，Intel近日还宣布与中国移动正式签署战略合作协议，双方将发挥互补性优
势，基于Intel强大的计算和通信技术实力与中国移动广泛的用户基础，在数据中心与
云计算、网络功能虚拟化(NFV)/云化、5G及车联网、人工智能四大创新前沿领域展开深
度合作。
值得一提是，本周一，荣耀将在香港公布手机新技术。
今天，荣耀业务部产品副总裁熊军民自曝，他已落地，并分享了新手机的街拍样张。熊
军民还透露，“我们这次会有很多大胆尝试的全新技术”。
