, 130/night for weekdays, 170/night for weekends. living area and bedroom
area divided by wrought iron. Make sure to get suites in Venetian tower (
they have two towers, one Venetian, one Venezia).The suite configurations in
Both towers are basically the same. Only difference is that Venetian tower
has better L shape sofa bed + smaller TV (32inch) in bedroom area, but
Venezia has worse sofa bed (plus two single sofa chairs) + big |

一厅。650sqft。有个很大的阳台和一个储物间。距离停车位，洗衣房，健身中心只有
几步之遥。24小时安全巡逻。在alvarado niles 街对面就是永和，生记糕饼屋，五月
花，新中华饭店，小肥羊火锅，日本daiso家居用品店，starbucks，safeway和rite
aid，还有几家日本寿司店。
特别说明：我们因为父母要过来只能换大房子住不得不在lease结束之前搬出。新房客
需要重新签一年的lease。我们愿意付一次性bonus $300。如果有意，我们需要2到3周
的时间搬出。这期间公寓管理部门会将房间彻底清洁，您就可以入住了。
