不得了，我们给了offer,涨了好几次，最后到了635k。卖房的俩星期不理我们offer，
之后说退市不卖了。
今年年中我们买到了非常喜欢的房子。可是几天前，老婆在redfin上乱转，发现那个房
子又上市了而且是short sell, only ask for 480k. 刷一下网页就不available了。一
查under contract了。头天晚上刚上的MLS。我考，这不显然是内部交易么，鬼才信里
面没猫腻。
今天突然agent给我们发信说you can't believe that. the house we negotiated
with seller for 2 months last year was sold for 450K. agent准备和他公司老板
商量告卖家。我之前还安慰老婆说，我们已经买到了dream house，就不关心别人的事
了。可心里真有点堵的慌。去年花了那么大的精力和心力在这个房子。最后发现人根本
就在玩你。考，来美国这么多年，第一次遇到这郁闷的事。 |

房主卖价724k，我们初始出价635k，房主降价4k；我们提价到650k，房主还价到700k。
agent告诉我们这是房主的心理价位了。我们等了2个月，发现房子还没有卖掉，然后我
们开价670k，房主同意成交。

我们看上一个好学区房子，今年3月份就上市了，price太高，685k. 拖了两个月，降到
635k，到了现在8月中旬还没卖出. Owner是2005年613k买的。 我们出家584k。 Owner
还价619k, 但要求close后住3天。 我们还在犹豫这次出价多少，可是过了几天，agent
就告诉我owner有了另外一个offer，比我们出价高. 但情况很复杂，首先这个owner想
换房，房子也选好了，想我们买了之后马上close他想买的房子。而出另外一个Offer的
买家也是要换房子，想卖了自己的房子马上买我们下offer的房子。
首先，我不知道我们的agent有没有编个故事骗我说有了第二个offer. 怎么这个房子卖
了5个月没卖掉，我们一出价就有人跟我们抢？
其次，我不想在这个这么差的房市下，跟别人抢房子，很蠢，即使现在没有合适的房子
，估计等等还会有。
我们还价600k,说如果不接受就算了。 但今天agent又打电话来说，价格降到610k. 虽
