交通便利：N - Forhanmilton, or New Utrecht，D - 62nd，M - 62nd沿线，到曼哈顿坐
N, D车均可，都是express line. 半个小时可到。
生活方便：距离大中华超市，Three Guys，VCS，PathMark很近。距离8大道香港超市和
飞龙超市
10分钟走路路程。周围洗衣房，理发馆等等生活设施齐全。
小区内环境优美，干净安静，周围治安良好，主要是意大利人和中国人，晚上回家很安
全。小区后边
就是一个教堂，所以停车位充裕。
房间在二层，面朝小区，不靠马路，所以很安静。房间宽敞明亮, 不算很大，但是住一
个人绰绰有
余，我自己是一个queen size的bed, 1个书桌，一个方桌，一个电视柜（电视），小衣
柜，另外
这个房间还带一个非常大的衣橱, 包括水费和暖气。网络条件很好。
房间大概5月8号以后available, 你可以那个时间以后住进来，最晚5月30也行。
房东人是中国人，人还蛮不错的，遇到问题会积极帮助解决的。
现在住的室友都是学生。因此需要找一个安静、干净、讲卫生、有责任心、无不良嗜好 |

自从我2010年秋天的首半马1:29:21后就盘算着1:23去qualify纽马，结果人算不如天算
，还没等我123，人家NYRR就把游戏规则改了，40岁以下要119才能qualify了，123得40
+的masters才行了。这下我40岁前跑纽约的美梦就无情地破灭了。不过还好，人老得快
，再过两年半我也40了！
去年秋天芝麻后又跑了次Angus Glen半马，结果再次outperform，预计跑126的，结果
跑了个1:24:57。过完圣诞节后开始严格执行FIRST“第一”计划，这次真是第一次严格
执行下来的。飞姐还观察到了，我好像还加了mileage，的确在过去一个月里，我还开
始在周日家个easy run 10-12K，有时候周三周五可能也加个5-6K。主要是游泳池比gym

，蒙受经济损失。总领馆对此类危害同胞的犯罪行为深恶痛绝。
据了解，诈骗犯罪团伙利用网络改号软件等技术手段，使用电脑自动拨号、无差别
拨打纽约地区民众电话，而且是不间断、反复拨打纽约地区主要电话号段。诈骗电话以
中文语音留言形式假冒总领馆通知，引诱侨胞按键接通人工服务，进而冒充中国使领馆
或国内执法机关人员，谎称接电人“卷入刑事案件”、“涉嫌信用卡诈骗”、“影响在
美居留”、“限制出入境”等，进行威胁恐吓，诱骗侨胞给犯罪团伙转账汇款或套取个
人金融信息达到转款目的。经向纽约警方了解，此类电信诈骗多是互联网跨国诈骗，犯
罪嫌疑人在境外操纵。警方认为，电信诈骗案件侦破难度大，最有效的防范手段是宣传
预防。

乐园玩耍。国殇日长周末到来前，他向儿女承诺带他们到迪士尼去。谁知一场意外车祸
让全家难得的齐聚出游化成泡影，自此天人两隔：一辆逆行超车的皮卡迎面撞上他回家
时所驾驶的轿车，不仅当场死亡，猛烈撞击还使其尸离骨碎、不成人形，情况之惨烈导
致警方迄今都无法让家属见其遗骸。
根据佛州高速公路巡警(Florida Highway Patrol)消息，24日晚11时50分许，江晓驰
驾驶的2002年丰田凯美瑞(Camry)轿车向西正常行驶在佛州佛露西亚郡(Volusia County

亮的。
位于4夹5大道62街，步行3分钟到NR车59街站，20分钟到Poly，30分钟到NYU，60分钟到
哥大。地理位置相当好～附近各种商店及洗衣店都很齐全，4大道62街口即是Rite Aid
，R车两站就到Century21～
四个卧室，租金分别是550，500，485，465每个月，租金只包括水。gas, 暖气，电需
要大家share：我住550的那间，因为BF要在这里住10，11，12三个月，所以目前500，
485，465三个房子空出。
押金是一个月的租金（因为我已经押了一个月的房租在房东那里，才搞到这么好的房子
～）要求至少住1年，中途退出需人顶替（老规矩，呵呵）

房间情况是一个装修过了7,8个月的很漂亮很舒服的一楼单间.大概有10个平米左右吧.
屋里的木地板还崭新的,看起来很舒服也很干净
屋内提供 床 写字台 椅子 衣橱
1楼除了这个单间外 房东一家住在靠房子后面的2个屋子 基本没有影响
2楼住着我的三个同学
房东夫妇人也很nice 我的三位同学人也很nice 很容易相处
气和水 还有网线都免费 入住网线即可使用
做饭在2楼 洗手间在一楼用
此间房子本来租金是400$/month 由于我是短租 所以就稍微便宜些380$/month
出租时间在 5月19-7月15 左右
安全问题: 在brooklyn bay parkway(22avenue ) 62nd street 附近有一个大教堂 和
一个 女子学校. 而且附近的居民完全没有黑人 主要是华人,米国本土和犹
太人.所以 安全问题我觉得是有保障的.
吃饭问题: 如果自己做饭 .附近有中国超市和wholesale
如果买外面. 附近有很多中国快餐店 外卖很方便 |

Park 紧邻地铁R,M线，到曼哈顿仅需35分钟，到Elmhurt地铁三站
路，步行也只需20分钟。本月底（4,24号）即可入住，本人打算8月
中回来，具体还没确定，所以你可住至少3个月。房租450，全包。

亮的。
位于4夹5大道62街，步行3分钟到NR车59街站，20分钟到Poly，30分钟到NYU，60分钟到
哥大。地理位置相当好～附近各种商店及洗衣店都很齐全，4大道62街口即是Rite Aid
，R车两站就到Century21～
四个卧室，租金分别是550，500，485，465每个月，租金只包括水。gas, 暖气，电需
要大家share：我住550的那间，因为BF要在这里住10，11，12三个月，所以目前500，
485，465三个房子空出。
押金是一个月的租金（因为我已经押了一个月的房租在房东那里，才搞到这么好的房子
～）要求至少住1年，中途退出需人顶替（老规矩，呵呵）
因为房东新装修房子，很爱惜，所以希望你也能很好地爱惜这间房子，欢迎爱干净的人
