个。 每个都是抢的。有一个60Wforeclose 90% finished， sold at $66W in 5
days with 6 offers. and then listed at 1.2M if completed. I do not even
have time to give offer.
another one foreclosed for $95W, sold in 4 days at $90W.
another one short sell at 80W, sold at 74W. I do not want it since it is
short sell and on county line.
I got the last one lot and bid over 1W over asking price...
的确是 for sale 的多， 但是人家1W5的税不算啥， 等等， 今年sell更是火热。。

其实我觉得初中差一点可以忍受，因为实在不行就去私立，只有三年，也没有高中那么
贵。小学差去私立钱就比较多了。进公立高中还不就是省钱么。虽说小学对孩子的影响
不像高中那么大，但还是有影响的。环境造人，从小就要把关啊
说牛学区，主要是说中学，尤其是高中。

发帖数: 549 | 14 Lz可以去看看这个房子。完全没有后院，有个侧院，杂草杂树丛生，一看就是屋主非常
疏于打理。一楼地板已经不行了，厨房是绝对的古老，整个房子没有天灯，全靠落地灯
照亮，比较黑。二楼地毯还是拼接的，有的地方换过有的没有。三个guest bedroom只
有一个厕所，结构还很奇怪。basement 是以前的，这个房子建的时候没有新建
basement, 是在老房子的地基上起的，感觉potential 不大，要换要修的实在太多。这
就是800k一下的房子，还是考虑提高budget 吧。
