硅谷房价年年暴涨的原因不外乎是每年来硅谷的人越来越多。
硅谷600sf的房价已经涨到65万了，某些地区是90万，如果是2500SF的面积，那一定是
几百万了。
事实上 硅谷所谓的三百万豪宅也不过就是1200sf而已。
