腰伤还没完全好,这两周情绪很低落,不过这周把跑量拉回60MPW了,心跳也慢慢
降回来了,腰伤基本不太影响跑步了,下周恢复正常训练.
游泳这两周也有懈怠,每周只游了2次,不过这周貌似突然找到点感觉,效率提高

感觉骑车课还是比路骑效率更高,无穷的多interval和爬坡练习,还有恶魔老师push,
路骑虽然爽,但是效率还是低些..周末本来想长骑2次的,看super bowl就没动..
还有8周了,得好好练练游泳了..

Quads有变强不少,算是给下一步强度训练打了一个base, 剩下几周准备每周
只跑3-4天,按照最开始的训练原则训练了.

3/11 2.5小时/16.5mi 最高60F,失水5.6磅,平均每小时失水2.2lb(36oz)

似乎已经比较习惯用10分pace, 110多的心跳慢慢晃了...
比赛还是得穿cushion多的鞋, 脚掌跑得很疼...
腿还是有些酸痛, 这个可能还是最大的隐患, 比赛时Foresthill(62mi)
之前一定不要乱跑,切记切记,尽量保持心跳120-130,不要超过135..

这周陪亲戚玩,狂吃狂shopping,不过居然还搞了10个小时...
跑步:试了试inov8的233/155, 感觉不错,欧洲鞋果然都很贴脚啊,跟Salomon类似...
小腿问题不大,倒是大腿有点酸,跑姿还是比较重要的...
骑车:能感觉到有进步,大腿力量足了些. 周末的长骑,一出去就碰一骑车的跟我较劲,
一怒之下把crank换成大圈,发现也挺习惯,长下坡可以轻松冲到30mph,当然大长上坡
还是得换回小圈. 平均速度提高了1.5mph, 还不错...慢慢习惯aero ... 阅读全帖

休息周,16年第一季度结束,感觉进展还不错,虽然有些小伤,体能恢复
比想象的要快. 跑了个1mi 和 5K的比赛,5K PR 20s, 不是很满意,不过

下周开始加骑车和一些力量训练了,开始为大铁做base training,

开始学习wuyan老师推荐的TI视频,发现醍醐灌顶,自己以前基本
都是瞎游,凭着体力好乱刨....基本算重新开始练自由泳,从最基本
的drills开始练,先不管什么距离速度了,把动作做对做标准先...
右膝的伤似乎有些好转,下周开始慢慢把量加起来先,也不跟什么计划
了,继续跟着感觉走...

找到一个小loop,见下面 Sierra Club 有关网页的 Route 1:

上山时走这条 firebreak (1.5mi),下山时走最后一段说的road(“It is also
possible to hike the road to the summit”)要多 2mi(即3.5mi)。这样来回总共
5mi。上山 1.5mi 上升 1300ft,坡度相当陡(大于800ft/mi),但是距离短。kerwin
要走的不是这条道,而是这个网页中的 Route 2。
附件的topomap中,Route 1 的起点在右上角的 Cow Canyon Saddle (4523ft)处,
Sunset Peak 在左下角,双虚线是那条 road,小道 firebreak 要仔细看——有一条很
浅的虚线从 4523 处向左下角延伸(正好是图中白色和绿色区域的分界线),其中绝大部分都是在垂直切割等高线。我想爬这条道的原因(相对Route 2):1.能快速登顶;2.有一点挑战性;3.loop不走重复路

腿终于恢复了,又上跑步机上玩MP, 2mi warm up, 然后10mi@9mph, 4*[email protected],
1%坡度,最后1mi cool down,一共17迈..
感觉比上次好很多,8迈的时候重启了下机器,吃了个GEL, 用时1分钟,其它都没停..
前10mi心跳基本5mi以后稳定在142, 后4*[email protected]心跳是147/149/151/153,
比前天单独做MAF的时候高了3点,可能还是有点脱水..
今天正好2013第一个季度过完,统计了下mileage, 3个月一共跑了778.5迈,
1月215.5mi, 2月270.5mi, 3月292.5mi..
在跑个头上居然没挤进前10, 大家都太凶猛了!!

立马后胎爆了...回家发现外胎内胎都一个大口子,补好胎打气,又爆了,
怀疑是外胎口子太大,hold不住了,又上了条新内胎,一样炸了,
确认外胎不行了,一天之内损失2内胎1外胎,手和膝盖也摔肿了,TMD....

周2上跑步机快跑,发现右腿还是伤的,决定再休息一阵子...
感觉是右腿膝盖后面可能是韧带拉伤了, 恢复比较慢...
LD突然又开始跑步,正好伤着,于是陪跑,发现LD的确还是有
天赋,步频好像比我还快,我刚开始还追不上她,当然时间长了,
她就不行了...
游泳发现几乎所有人的stroke都比我少很多,决定重新开始练姿势...

右腿伤基本好差不多了,距离CIM还有18周, 应该是比较充裕了,
想了想还是计划每天跑,不跑double,一周游3次泳...
游泳感觉入门了,学会了二次打水和两侧换气,不过感觉和跑步
差不多,是个需要长时间练习才能进步的运动,只能慢慢来了...
上身的力量太差了,看看奥运会游泳选手的身材,知道差距太大了...
