房子情况：
看了一套 condo, 2br/1.5ba，大概31W左右，Sunnyvale 94086，靠近central了，面积
不大,不到800sqft, 80年代的房子。已经下了offer了，也做了inspection。还需要一
些小修补，比如说水管龙头之类的,估计得个1K左右吧。无小孩，一楼，光线不好。
买来自己住，可能会租一些时间，但明年就会接父母过来，所以基本上自己住，打算三
五年后卖掉。现在纠结的是房子也不是一眼看中的，只是agent说location不错，以后
可能有升值空间的。现在还要修，我很懒，不想修，卖主又不可能修。所以就上来咨询
一下大伙了，明天就是inspection contingency removal last day了。
想放弃好几次都被agent说回来了。可是这个价格的房子，也没有看到合适的，要么就
远了，要么区不好，好纠结。 |

简单的还是Palo Alto的小黑屋吧。你这个购买能力二百万多万。
还是有可以接受的小黑屋的。Charleston 上的那片Town House,
2000年以后建的。3BR/2.5BA,2000多呎，两百万不到也能买下来。
Saratoga不好。交通不方便。
方向是往北。宇宙中心在北移。南湾都被大公司占据了。又偏硬件。
出息不大了。要赚钱去新型小公司还是北上机会多。

发帖数: 127 | 49 以前是4br2.5ba，现在3br2ba，其实差不多。准备在加建300尺的卧室带bath。我的意
思是，其实两种房子都住过了，生活质量下降并没有想象的那样。就好像搬了几次家，
原来家里的东西连扔带卖的，减去了70-80%，就跟没感觉一样，原来住大房子的时候本
来也就很多房间其实是空置的，唯一常用的家庭影院，享受几年也享受够了，现在有娃
了本来也就不追求这个了。
btw，我们刚搬来湾区的时候租的房是2800sqft，当时找租房的时候小于1600sqft是直
接略去的。现在我的观点是平层1600sqft layout恰当的话正好够用 |
