大致地址是 3200 Hopkins Ct, West Lafayette, IN 47906.
门牌号可能不对，因为出租的人有好几个一样的房子，
我现在还不知道确切拿到手的是哪个
离学校里的几个常用停车场大约4miles, 附近不远有4B公车
小区环境非常好，背靠一个池塘，据我一个住那里的朋友说有很多鱼
两层的duplex, 具体结构看附件的floor plan, 车库没有在floorplan中标出。
我去实地看过房子，房子很新，客厅里fireplace, 厨房很大很明亮
厨房和车库之间是洗衣机和烘干机
现在谈判的结果
如果 June 15开始 租一年 月租 850$
如果 July 1开始，租一年 月租 875$
现在要找两个roommates, 由于卧室不一样大，房租也不可能一样，
初步准备 master bed 305$, bed3 285$, bed2 260$
bed 3 比较贵是因为其窗外就是池塘

三个人住的话， 一个人50－70差不多(电，气，网络，电视)
3br 3+ba的duplex, house非常少
有的话也比较贵

交通很方便，而且正好远离了Jersey City的堵车，1 mins上280， 临近 78，95。
去Newark penn station和path station, 5 mins driving，或者call a Uber 5-6刀
走路去path大概12分钟， 0.8 mile.我经常打车去 5刀
很新的community，干净整洁，非常安全的社区。有一个semi indoor gated parking
spot还有很多小区内外街趴.趴车从来没有问题过。小区自带免费Gym，有跑步机，椭圆
机和各种健身器械，十分方便。
我的unit入口在2楼，一共2层，没有人住在你的楼上，1400 sq ft.
有2.5 bathroom, 2 bedroom.
huge living room and master bedroom.
living room可以自己隔出一个room以后还是很大。

，$2000能找到可以的2b/2b, 娃也放在附近。这样$4000 minus plus $200的budget能
work. 对你来说，工作、住和day care之间的交通比较重要。
你提到老大明年要上学，所以如果考虑到学区的话，Scripps Ranch也是一个选择。正
