一楼是客厅饭厅 2楼 2 br 2 ba .3楼还有个比较大的loft 也自带ba。想出租的房间
里目前都没有家具，如果租客也不带家具的话 房东可以去买。
房子在3A的支路上town center 附近 离 I95 ，3号路，hmart， Burlington mall都很
近 交通非常方便。
目前只有房主一人 打算招1名室友住2楼客房或者3楼loft 男女不限 最好也是 young
professional，希望待人真诚 负责 好相处，无不良习惯，不随意带人回家。

本人在denver，最近看到有拍卖房卖，查了一下county的房产记录， 发现估价是270k
(根据这个价钱来缴房产税）,现在的拍卖起价是50k。两个星期后现场拍卖， 我的底线
是130k。请有经验的牛人给评估一下，这样合算吗？我打算买下出租。
