用LAN cable连到router的desktop PC，测速能有14Mbps.
但是wireless连到router的laptop只有6Mbps。wireless也显示54Mbps。

54Mbps的wireless上网，速度是会减少。这样的话要不就用N的wireless router，要不
就是用有线的。如果进户带宽没有100mbps，比如cable的12Mbps，或者adsl 3Mbps的带
宽，上网的速度的瓶颈在进户带宽了。 |

是54mbps的，现在刚通过了新的协议，802.11n也不过几百而已，还没有被投入使用，
还是在54这个上限的级别。

WPN511 RangeMax Wireless PC Card （这个卡是外置查件还是内置的？）

还有，要说清楚你的速度是MB/s还是Mb/s， byte和bit是8倍的区别。
802.11n对速度的提升还是很多的。但11n产品的种类比较多，最大速率不同产品会不一
样，不像11g大家都是54Mbps最高。11n现在市场上常见的应该是最大速率300Mbps，其
他方面性能也应该有所提升。所以比11g的速度应该能提高5到10倍。 |

限制流量才几十M，我要真的拿3G上网卡直接在笔记本电脑里用猛看一个月
pplive铁定被flag，呵呵
另外 G网 54Mbps... 1秒少算点，算一半也2MB了。。。 一小时7200MB=7.2G

就可以忘记那个AIR VIDEO了.
因为它的视频传输在WIFI下非常快, 其他RDP经常一卡一卡的. 但是这个没有, 我已经
设好了用IPAD看PPS和PPLIVE. 很强大八. 声音图象如果不注意, 几乎看不出来卡, 稍
微缓冲一下就流畅了. 看本地硬盘上的爱情动作片更是不在话下.
注意我还是用的200刀的AMD CPU的野鸡EMACHINE, 外加54mbps的烂ROUTER干的这一切. 更
强大鸟了八.
感兴趣地话可以去APP STORE里弄一份, 4.99而已, 比其他RDP便宜多了. PC断服务器是
免费的.
具体一些技术问题看这里, 那个公司居然在WEIPHONE上蹲点support.

总是在网上待个十五分钟左右，点任何链接都说没有网络。系统菜单右上角的airport
的信号还是满格，只能Turn off the
airport，等一分钟再turn on，就能用个十五分钟左右，就又不行了。

挺好看，安装的时候术语不习惯，用了半个小时才弄明白是怎么回事儿。放在电脑桌上
，信号覆盖感觉一般，有的地方比3700好，有的地方差。双频都用上，Intel 5100网卡
可以连到300MBps，但是兼容性一般，ASUS的双频网卡就卡在54Mbps。都是支持WPA2作为
primary encryption的。Airport没有特别花哨的功能，有的功能都听实用，比如guest
network设计就不错。
性能很一般，和3700比差不少，不管是有线还是无线。
屋子的另一端买个Airport Express延伸以下，再到周末应该能寄到了。 |

我曾经在我的产品中也用过Intel 5100, 6200，6205,6300，甚至都到了新品试生产。
Intel的wireless card太糟糕了。特别是在802.11N下面，client之间都能互相干扰。
CPU占有率齐高。没个i7都跑不动一破无线网卡。后来不得不换成了boardcom和ralink
2x2的卡，马上cpu usage降到基本可以忽略不计，速度还更快。
我的ipad也能把我家里的802.11N的router搞死，换了好几个都没办法。这link里说的
DLink DIR系列我也试了2个，算能撑最久的了。也需要每过几天就重启router.
后来不得不找出一个802.11g/2.4GHz的旧DLink才搞定这问题。其实54Mbps也够了。比
我家里的Internet网速快。而且2.4GHz的穿墙效果比5GHz强了无数倍。 |
