发帖数: 584 | 6 这是NSC所有10月，11月RD的I485 case的状态，真实琳琅满目，大家留作参考吧。
第一个数字是count，后面是相应的status。
其中522个fee waived的是政治避难。
这些485 case是我用程序把9月末到11月末
所有NSC的receipt number扫描一遍抓出来的，
应该包括所有10月的case和绝大部分11月的case。
那时候都是review状态，所列出的时间就是RD。
接下来我打算每隔几天再跟踪这些485 case，
由于有RD，可以知道各个RD的批准情况。我到时会在这里update的~

7月开始准备推荐信，找了不少模板；写信过程中，得到美国同事在语言上的大力帮忙
，所以写的过程还算轻松。然后联系推荐人，到月底的时候基本凑齐。此过程中，欧洲
人回信比较慢，甚至不回；日本人也不回信；可能是暑假的原因，他们都度假去了。
同期开始联系学校国际办公室，国际办公室可以办，但是要求苛刻（所有推荐信都要原
件），且速度据说比较慢——而钱只比外面律师便宜几百块。所以再三权衡后用了他们
指定的律师之一。
8月初和律师签了合同。然后整理材料（文章、引用、评审、推荐信），都打印成PDF。
全程都是Email或电话联系，真人长啥样我都不知道。另外，律师写的PL在递上去之前
，我一眼也没看到。结果在我拿到他们CC给我的COPY时吓一跳，稀松四页纸，基本就把
我给他们的材料列了个清单而已，甚至还把我家LD的名字打错了（包括I140表格上），
到现在我都觉得后怕，幸好没遇到杀手。（律师准备的PL，其实cover letter，见附件）
出生公证、体检是在I140提交上去之后的等待期间办理的。

9月3号受到RFE 1.问公司是否有接受政府的TARP FUNDING。
2.就是奥巴马的新政策什么公司雇佣外籍劳工的比例不能超过50%，否
则多交2000USD。（这2向公司都解释清楚了并且律师和老板都超负责，当天就把文件
FAX给了USICS了。并且副总裁还专门把RFE的要求和他们的解释发给我。这里是公司回

任何supporting material。我有点纳闷，等了几天之后仍然没有反应，就在8号又发了

中午在公司，实在是着急绿卡，无心上班，就试着再和USCIS打了个电话。我没有I485
的状态。
而是问我8月8日做的SR，说了60天给答复，为什么还没有答复。接线员说她会查一查再
回复我。
结果晚上就接到下面的批准信。希望是绿卡的批准信。
