身高166cm, 体重179lbs (2/25 开始这轮）,今天173lbs了。
目标是: 6月能到140lbs。
方法：count calorie intake, workout 4time/wk, pills. (非常desperate,所以
whatever works都会用）
我现在基本上吃素，周末出去吃会吃点肉，平时蛋白质也许不够，会适当加点鸡肉和鱼。
我的myfitnesspal 的acct是havetohaveto
有大基数的一起来吧，坚持到6月就是胜利。 |
