So if you do not choose branches of square roots very carefully, then square

女儿到我们实验室做summer project，就有一些手续要办，填一些表格，有父母签字的
表格，有mentor签字的表格，而且只能局限一些实验区域，进实验室之前要进行一些
training等等，还是挺繁琐的。 |

，就要体检，培训。
公司也有自己的政策，而且相对比学校麻烦一点。nonprofit的机构也一样。
总之，告诉对方你要干什么，然后让对方告诉你都有哪些流程和手续 |

果你从工作中获得benefit虽然没有pay，是有问题的，这种benefit包括后续的landing
a full-time job，可能会被认为占了美国人的工作机会。另外，如果这个position本
来是paid position，你也不能volunteer，因为不符合minimum wage的要求。 |

教授的实验室）做volunteer做了8个月，日常就是和正常学生、postdoc一样，做实验
。他只需要到医学院的volunteer办公室按照他们的要求走完流程就可以。他不拿任何
工资。
做个volunteer和EAD一点关系都没有。 |

主都没什么异议，volunteer也未尝不可，反正也没有payroll记录，485批了就万事大

律条文之类的。
我们老板特别能忽悠，每年都有好多本科生或者打算申请的学生争着想来实验室做
volunteer，后来有些转成老板pay一点工资的，有些就一直都是volunteer。
另外，做volunteer去攒经验，或者为了以后要推荐信啥的，这么多年了，不一直都很
正常么。公司什么情况我不了解。 |

所以能先去干着就先干着。另外联系了一个公司研究部门，说可以来visiting一个月。

last time watching Tour championship (fedex cup) at east lake, 18 hole par 3 23x yards. watched what kind of club those guys use for that kind of distance: Garcia
using 4i, AK use hybrid, Michelson use 3i. Turned out Garcia and Michelson
were closer to pin than AK.
about 7 wood distance:

club good with ease. but i seems that driver and 3woods won't benefit much from hitting
3i well.
here is the swing video of that shot. first shot(170-180y), i am on left toe(leads to fat and slice). second shot (206-208yards) left foot is solid on turf, relative well done for weight transfer to left foot. weight transfer to solid left foot is the focus of my recent practice.

actually, he doesnt even carry a driver. i tried to lend him driver or woods

upper end of Men's range. but ran into wall coming to 5iron or above. now i
could hit 3iron to 200-210 yards. but it will take a a while hit 3-wood to
240 and driver to 260 (about 240m)

but my recommendation to you is..
1) stay loose
2) do some 1/2, 3/4 swing, in stead of the current over-swing.
3) your hip, along the target line, moves back & forth too much in the proce
ss of your golf swing. it's killer. it's the biggest killer, along with the
uncessary head move （actually, head move could be caused by the body move a
s well.)

You also overturned your hip but that's minor issue, cause you do seem to
have excellent flexibility.
I don't suggest you go for lags like pro before fixing these 2 things.

consistency. have to restore spine angle during downswing, i have to
transition to downswing from awkward backswing form. no wonder i need
relative long preshot routine at present.
i am glad i took swing video. otherwise, i would feel much better about my
swing. will try to fix the shoulder and spine angle problem next time.
