如连到电视机或投影仪时，图像显示的会是你实际显示器材的native resolution. 一
般电视是480i, 所以你即使使用HD/BD碟机输入1080p的信号，它也会在电视机的内部由
一定的chip来downgrade它，你实际看到的是480i的东西。 高清电视或投影仪也一样，
它内部会有运算模块来保证即使输入的是standard 480i(例如DVD)信号，显示出来的也
是它的native resolution （如720p, 1080i, 或1080p）。 upscalling DVD player内
部也有这么一个chip， 来对DVD信号进行运算再输出。 然而很多高清电视用的这个
chip并不是很好，就像有些便宜的upscalling DVD player效果不好一样。 这时如果用
一个好地scaller, 直接给显示器材输入它native resolution的信号，就会比一般的
DVD机效果好。 Oppo用的就是业内最好的chip, 其他品牌如Denon用同样chip的机型价
位要高好多。 |

对比度,scaler的性能都要综合考虑.所以不要买太便宜的电视.便宜的电视用的
processor太差.好的scaler非常重要,如果你经常看STV,DTV(480i),EDTV(480p)的节目.

顺便说一下关于DVD upconverting的问题.
upconverting 还是有很大差别的.大家都知道DVD是480i,所以以为只要displayer高于
480p就没有差别,这是误解. 在HDTV上,好的scaler能把边界和细线scale到native
resolution上,绝对不是简单的放大.颜色处理也是类似.具体的设计细节各个厂商可能
不太相同.大家一定要实验一下.
Upconverting DVD playerHD输出(780p..1080p)并不一定会比(480i)输出好.这是因为
DVD player的scaler不一定比HDTV的scaler好.
HDMI不一定比component好,因为HDMI的实现很多差别,有的芯片很buggy, 一定要实验. |

480p and 480i in game(DOA3), 480p is noticably sharper. I assume S-video
should be comparable to 480i on component input.
Surround sound is another story. The effect blows normal stereo system away,
in both games and movies. As you already got the home theater system, you
should upgrade simply for the audio part. |

发帖数: 228 | 38 costco买的室内天线，贴在二楼卧室的窗户下面了。大多数该收到的台都收到了。
唯一的问题是13.1的fox，要是人坐在天线边上信号才清楚，如果人走开了，比如想躺
床上看，就全是马赛克了。
我知道22.2应该播的也是fox13。这个台信号效果倒还行，不过只有480i，比13.1的
1080i 还是粒子粗多了。
新一季的24小时就要在fox开播了，下半年还要指着fox看seahawks。所以这个台不能缺
。。。
想问为什么我坐在旁边信号就会好呢？没学过信号与系统，在这请教一下。 |

发帖数: 2001 | 42 大前天发现这个游戏的，发现正是这几天上市，今天周末顺便去买了个回来。
在PS2上，用Logic G25方向盘，玩了一个小时，有点失望。
以前在电脑上玩过若干代NFS，从二代开始玩起，最后是Underground 1和2，
一直都觉得还不错，很好玩。
一年前买了个PS2，主要是玩Gran Turismo 4 - the Real Driving Simulator，
为此配了个G25方向盘。开始喜欢这种'Simulation'风格的，不再玩NSF之类‘赛车游戏’
买了这个ProStreet也是听说是NFS以此从纯‘游戏’向‘接近现实’方向靠拢。
（其实以前的Porsche那一代就试图靠拢过，我觉得太难玩了，放弃了）
开始说回ProStreet，玩了一年的GT4还没玩厌，自然忍不住要拿这两个来比，
1。画面，同样是在代表若干年前水平的PS2上，GT4可以到1080i，ProStreet只有480i，
这一下子让我太不习惯了，速度快了，画面分辨率不够真的会眼晕。
也许PC, xBox360, PS3上的效果会好些，EA懒得像PI做GT4那样尽力挖掘PS2潜能罢了。

昨天从monoprice买的wii componment的线到了
但是插上后发现效果反而更差了，
这是咋回事啊？系统默认的是480i，
到wii的系统设置里改成了480p，
还是没啥效果，感觉比以前更不清楚了
再换回av线，也是更不清楚了，我ft
