不想让苦苦涨起来的肌肉流失，于是HIIT成为主要有氧形式。
个人方案：一般情况有氧每周3-4次，每次30-40min。
跑步机速度8km/h热身5分钟，随后进行30s-速度13冲刺+90s-速度8恢复总共10组持续
20min，而后进行45s-速度13冲刺+75s速度8恢复总共5组10min，最后5min速度8的恢复
过程。
个人减脂期一般2个月左右，按照HIIT跑法比匀速跑可以多减掉5磅左右脂肪，并保证肌
肉不流失。 |

除了Sat在室外其他的都是跑步机上完成的。昨天的18mile long run真是累人。从一开
始跑就感觉不好，好像腿完全是锈的，根本就迈不开步子。最后pace大概是9:05. 按照
race pace - 45s/90s的说法，好像也还说的过去。6麦和12麦处各吃了个gel, 没水喝
，gel不就着点水还真难吃！
再一想，这要是从上周日开始数７天，mileage居然有63 miles! (上周日赛了个半马).
太危险了。。好在今天终于可以好好休息一天。再不小心就要overtrain了。
下周有一个20 miler和一个HM race, 还没太想好要怎么安排或是舍去哪个。可是两个
我都舍不得啊，又怕overtrain，不知道怎么办好了 = |

A little bit self-introduction first. I did my first Marathon last year
which I finished just under 3:30. This year I try to reach 3:15 mark and
have been training moderate hard since this summer.
My weekly training plan is a mixture of speed work, tempo run and weekend
long run. My MPW is pretty low though, only peaked at 40 miles (My MPW for
last year was even less, barely reached 30 miles 3 weeks before the race).

Caught 2 ppls bluffing allins, both time they got lucky. Both hands have
about 80+BB.
Hand 1:
I have AQo at Botton-1. UTG raise to 2BB, 4 callers to me, I limp in,
botton raise all in 90BB
All fold to me, since Botton has used that several times when multiple pps
limp in 1BB or 2BB, I felt good to call with 60BB in my hand. Botton shows
45s, I lost.
Hand 2:
QQ UTG. Raise to 4BB, Botton and Botton-1 calls.
Flop 78K rainbow, bet 10BB to see where I stand, got called by b |

yeah, some ppl love to squeeze with huge over bet, but with only 2BB
invested, calling 88BB more with AQo is not +EV play for weak me, lol.
1) against 45s or any similar hands, you're about 2:1 lead;
2) against smaller PP, flip;
3) aginast over betting AA, KK, QQ, dead meat;
4) against AK, huge dog;
5) against AQ, almost no $ to make.
so you best chance is against AJ/AT alike, which only counts a small
percentage in his overall range.

Because I am a fish, I think 26o, 45s even 33, 22, 55, a2, a3, is too hard
to play against aggressor, I would rather to fold it.

It is callable. Miniraise is awkward, have to say. MP appearantly has
over pair. BB hard to tell, he could has 55, 22/44 etc. THe only thing
you worry is 44 (against 56s/A5s, u still has 33% chance). Most likely
BB has over pair also (55/45s is more possible). |

One of the best hand I played this year is to shove 3 pair on
the board in position for value.
I played with a very loose player. I raised every button, he

In reality, I thought about that hand for 7-8 minutes after that 700$ flop
raise and folded on the flop. Somebody almost called time on me.
Before that hand, I have sit on that table for about 2 hours and had been
playing really tight. He is an observant player and he knew that. My
decision here really depends what he thought about my hand range and how to
proceed based on that.

flush draw is trivial, total flop combo =(50 3)=19600. target flop combo =(
11 2)*(39 1)=2145. hence, Pr(FD)=2145/19600=10.94%.
somehow I cannot get the odds for straight draw (8 outers: OESD or double
belly) correct. the number I got is 9.7% whereas the correct number

以后你在3 bet 你的premium hand 的时候, 偶尔加上些3 bet trash bluff 来平衡即
可, 诸如96s, 105s, 45s, live 1/2 里傻鱼众多, odds 对的时候set farming 还是有
利可图, preflop 不必把小对子浪费了. 同样, 这些suited card, 你post flop 往往
equity 比small pair 更好, 你prelop big raise 后SPR 较小, 在好的牌面正好利用

2bb open的话就给BB一个非常好的odd。call 1bb to win 3.5bb pot。假设BB的牌是
Q3o，flop hit pair Q和2 pair+的概率接近20%。这本身就是一个+ev call了。同时因
为pot很小，意味着如果用45s，22之类的牌call的话imply odds很大，fold equity很
高。如果再考虑前面的位置也有人call的话，BB几乎可以+ev无脑call任何牌。同时
late position比如button可以非常cheap的3bet bluff，然后利用position玩postflop
。也使得early position opener很难打。根据thoery of poker,玩牌赢钱的方法是让
对手make wrong move。所以除非对手非常tight，不停fold to 2bb open（wrong move
），否则是很难赢钱的。
5bb open涉及到open range的问题。我也没有太想明白。极限的情况比如hero只open
QQ+和AK，遇到3bet就

manual).在每个焦段各照了5张,取最好的一张.每张截取中心对焦点附近做比较.
比较结果:有IS的比没有IS的要差．而且每组里５张的结果还是很一致的．
看来得送修了．不知道ＮＪ和ＶＡ的service center哪个好一些？ |

D810也就适合那种正常日光下的风景照，ISO 100以下，光圈收到F/11, 曝光时间还不
长的大白天。
虽然我是尼康用户（3个泥坑相机），但是实话实说，观音还是有观音的长处。只是我
