1。I765表格 Q14：Manner of last entry
我回国了2个星期，10/7/12 入境。I94卡上的蓝色的章上有PAROLED字样，Purpose：写
了AOS。我到底是写AOS 还是Parolee? 另外，移民官把我的入境日在I94上写成了10/6/
12，到期日10/6/13，但是护照上是写对了，入境是10/7/12，到期是10/6/13。这会有
影响吗？我今天才发现的。

3。I131表格Q3 class of Admission 是Parolee 对吗？

6月25号,提交I-140 PP
7月3号，RFE，要证明有三年以上的科研经历，officer 114
7月8号，RFE材料提交
7月11号，I-140获批
7月16号体检，24号拿到结果； 建议大家早点做体检，免得太匆忙。。
7月28号，提交申请485/131/165
8月12号，打指纹； 预约的打指纹时间是8月20号，因为夫人要出差。所以，我们收到
信的当天就去打指纹。工作人员看到我们拿的机票，就同意当天给办理。
9月19号，绿卡获批
9月25号，收到卡
夫人的卡还没有消息，我的EAD和AP卡也没消息，好像也用不着了。

因为我是2014年毕业，在递交140时毕业<3年，学校要求我增加一封信，说明学生时期
的工作是full time research，另外要求我写清楚"full time"的定义。学校要求要有
institutional letterhead。
我自己上网找到USCIS的要求如下：
Evidence of the required three (3) years of teaching and/or research
experience must be in the form of letters from the current or former
employers and must include the name, address, and title of the writer and a
specific description of the duties performed by the foreign national.
